Advertise as breakfast was included. There was no breakfast and hasn’t been according to them for a few years. That is one of the options I look for because I don’t have time to go looking for something somewhere else.

dirty, smelly, holes in the bedding, no fitted sheets. crumbs and black specs in the corners of the mattress. no lock on one window. mystery door to I don't know, with no way to lock it from our side. all surfaces were dirty, dead bugs between windows. no continental breakfast. even though Expedia says fully refundable, they offered only 30 percent. the owner of the hotel (motel) was very aggressive when I said we can not stay.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean except for the disgusting rug. It was soooooo old and filthy. The very tiny ac was way up in the corner by the sink facing a divider way which made it impossible to come into the sleeping area. They did have a huge fan in there that was put in front of the sink. Which was also in front of the fridge. It was very heavy and we had to move it and step over the short cord every time we went in there. As this was where the coffee maker was too . So although the beds where clean the rug needs to be ripped out completely. I will not ever pre book a room again. I want to be able to check the room out first .

I liked the location, was convenient for me, my only complaint would be that there are not enough plugs in the room, and could use more lamps.

We booked our stay through Expedia and paid $89 including taxes for a queen size bed with breakfast. We had the option of paying $58 without breakfast but seeing that it was the day before Canada day, we would have breakfast here instead. The next morning when we went to receive breakfast, the manager told us “we don’t serve breakfast and haven’t served breakfast here for 21year, we’ve been asking the booking sites to take this down from their sites” I have since sent a complaint to “Expedia” and thus far, haven’t heard a response. This hotel is acceptable, I can walk to the Main street with many restaurants, shops. There is a park, public library beside the hotel.

The room really smelled terrible. Very run down. Carpets were disgusting. Bathtub liners were delaminated. You can feel water between the liner and the original tub it was covering.

The manager said that we didn't prepay and we showed him our copy of the rececpt that it was paid for. He told us it wasn't paid that we have to pay for it if we wanted the room. Plus he was kind of rude to us.
