The location was very convenient. The staff made it very easy to check in and check out. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

A nice room with a decent view. Restaurant and breakfast was awesome and the staff was very friendly and corteous. Will stay again in the future.

We had a great experience here while going to see a concert at Gillette. Hotel was extremely clean and service was outstanding. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Overall good place to stay and great hospitality, only issue was parking was limited and once front and side lots were full, then you had to park in the back and walk all the way to the front of building as all other doors are not accessible even with key card at other doors

one huge complaint - the hotel was like a morgue. DIM DIM DIM lighting EVERYWHERE - which is so totally unnecessary - the rooms? you could not even read a book in them the lighting was so bad. The only place there was sufficient light was in the bathroom. Dreary and dark. As a result I wouldn't stay there again. And I don't like the idea that rooms are not cleaned every day - the cost was much higher than any of the other hotels in the area and I would expect it shouldn't even have to be requested.

One of the attractions was 24 hour fitness center but when I got here found out it was under construction which was not mentioned on their website, one to use the hot tub on the last day here but all of a sudden it wasn't working, no microwave in the room which is really surprising since most hotels I've stayed at have had microwaves in the room, it looks very outdated and old fashioned the bathroom is extremely tiny and claustrophobic there are no draws to put clothing in and it is really just a very average hotel no different than courtyard Marriott or anywhere else so it's no five star hotel. Definitely not worth the money I paid to stay here.

We called to see if we could check in early and we were told we could. We we arrived the rude woman Miliani at the front dedk said we didn't talk to her and would not let us check in early. I had to change before the event we were going to and she told me to change in the bathroom. Not good customer service at all!

Check in was easy and quick. The only downside to our stay was the bed pillows. They were VERY soft.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The service was second to none, the amenities were above average for my type of room, and the staff was attentive. While preparing for my niece's wedding, I needed help zipping up my formal dress, and Willow kindly assisted me. I doubt I would have received such personalized help anywhere else. And, the Bistro! You will love the staff and the portion size.
