Wasn’t the best experience

I didn’t stay. When I arrived the front desk told me he didn’t have a room ready and said he might not even have one. Hotels.com said check in was at 2 but they wouldn’t let me have a room. He was very rude and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say so I ended up getting a room somewhere else so in the end I paid for 2 different rooms at 2 different hotels. I will never use Hotels.com ever again if this isn’t resolved and I get a refund.

Bugs, filthy, damaged outlets, holes in walls, security latch broken, light switches that didn’t work, homeless people hanging around the back of the facility, floor air conditioning unit that could be pulled right out of the wall- gaps so big you could see to the outside. Sheets and towels stained. Layer of dust / dirt on hair dryer. Ordered a non smoking room, but it clearly wasn’t- smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on tub, ashtray on table. Bedspread had stains on it, residue of which we could only imagine. Had reserved for two nights, went to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn’t honor that- apparently they can take your money but not refund it for failure to fulfill obligations. Video / pictures available for any party interested in following up on this. This facility should be shut down for health and safety reasons. If ever there was a property requiring prompt action, this is it. Not expecting opulent accommodations at an Econo Lodge (we just needed to crash for a graduation ceremony / celebration) but cleanliness and safety need to be a given- this was nowhere near close.

We looked inside the room,then went straight to the office, and gave them back the key , they still charged me for the first night, they said it was because I booked the room through "Expedia". I will not make that mistake again. Don't stay at any Econo lodge, and NEVER use EXPEDIA

Room was disgusting, bed was unmade and looked like like someone just slept in it, couch and chair were so bad I wouldn’t dare sit on them, floor was muddy, I lasted 20 minutes in that room then turned my key in and left

The bedroom door was damaged, the bed spread had burned holes in it.The t.v. remote didn't have batteries. We got some sleep and checked out early.

Completely filthy, and looks nothing like it is advertised. There were holes in the walls, badly covered patch jobs, bedding was stained and had cigarette burns all over, roaches were coming out of nowhere, and there was exposed wiring. People who stayed in neighboring rooms were extremely noisy, and banged on our door in the middle of the night looking for random people. Despite the weather, the pool is not usable, it is completely green and disgusting. Overrall I would not recommend this place to anyone one.

I must admit I was more than a little bit disappointed the exterior hotel looks like the standard choice hotel appearance however when I walk through the entrance to the gas lobby front desk gentleman there was probably the best part of the whole experience he was very polite he is courteous an accommodating when I got to the room I could not believe my eyes it was in dire need of repairing some walls and the refrigerator was dirty the bed sheets look like someone's had slept in that they hadn't been changed and I questioned my safety because there was no chain on the door and the deadbolt apparently was very easy to maneuver because someone walked in on me I have no idea who he was right in my room.. and what really made me decide to even comment on this review was that the housekeeping staff was extremely rude they beat on the door 40 minutes before we were scheduled to check out and kept knocking at the door every 5 I'd say every 5 to 7 minutes after they initially knocked on the door. Dirty windows ,dirt in the corners , dirty walls and roaches.i

The room is extremely dirty, unsafe. Disconnected fire alarm, room smelled like sewer!!! If you walk on floor your feet or socks would get black from dirty floors. Mirrors and tv screen were so streaked you could see the picture! You had to get key card reprogramed just to get back in. I called the office to complain and night clerk blamed me and told me to speak to the manager tomarrow! Safe your money don't stay here!!!

Got into the room after fixing a flat on our trailer in the parking lot, the room had bugs everywhere . Stay away They wouldn't give us a refund either , will never use hotels.com either as they were zero help with getting my money back.calling credit card company tomorrow

This was my second time booking this hotel. I tried to give the benefit of doubt. The rooms are not clean, the bedding was dirty, there was no pipe in the sink therefore when i cut the water on it went straight to the floor.The remote control had no batteries. The cleanliness of this property is horrible. The Econo Lodge is a whole lot better. Its obvious they are ran or managed by a different set of folks. I will NOT be booking again.
