Highly untrained personnel in customer service. I will not be staying in that hotel ever again.

The rooms are very small. Staff is quite disengaged, not as polite and warming as in other hotels. The cleaning ladies make a lot of noise, scream, laugh outloud, move furniture at around 7 am waking up guests. I let reception know of this happening both nights I stayed they did not acknowledge.

Everything you need to rest.
Everything was clean but everything is small including rooms, restroom, and elevator.
The only reason I I would give it a 4 star is because the walls are thin and you can hear the rooms next to you.

Everything was great at this new hotel. Only thing was the hot water was as not hot at all. The hottest it would get was luke warm and would not be get hotter. Staff is amazing and the breakfast is great.
