The front desk clerk was practically worthless. He didn’t really explain where on the property the room was located and didn’t mention when or where the included breakfast was located. In speaking with another client he admitted some room phones worked while many did not. While he suggested one of the particular exterior keycard readers was more reliable, it appeared to me this was because the door was blocked open such that no keycard was necessary since it stayed open. The magnetic keycards for my room didn’t work the first time and I had to come back and get them recoded. Even then only one worked one the room door and sporadically at that. None of the keycard readers in the exterior doors worked at all. Some doors on the inner courtyard were locked with deadbolts and this is quite possibly a fire code violation. The room was clean and modernized and comfortable. The breakfast was standard with diy waffles, scrambled eggs and link sausage along with a few dry cereals and quick oatmeals. There was coffee, juice and a few muffins and breads for toasting. The breakfast area was well kept and clean. Overall an average place with an evening clerk who needs a different job.

The shower had hair all over it like it was not cleaned. The coffee pot was not cleaned. Unable to have breakfast because all the tables were being used and you are not aloud to take it back to your room.

The pictures shown do not match. This place is old and outdated. The beds are extremely old and used and ridiculously uncomfortable. They are doing the best they can cleaning what is here, but wow. We had to pay $168 for our night stay. If I had paid $68 I wouldn't be so upset. I will not stay here again.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away, the mgr. will have you looking up and down hallways if you need something from housekeeping because when she runs out at the front dest she will do nothing to assist the guests.

Absolutely nothing was as advertised. When we checked in there was glass shards on the bed, there was stains on the sheets, the floor was gross and there were mysterious stains on the wall that were gross. There was mold in the bathroom, and just overall very gross

Staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast that was more than a waffle maker was nice. The room was clean as expected. I would recommend this place to friends that are in the area.

Even though there was a wedding the hotel was still pretty quiet

We booked through Expedia. When we arrived, we were sent to door five at which there were a number of people hanging out doing drugs at the door. I went back to the front desk and said we can’t stay here and the young man was unable to refund us so not impressed.

Staff was very friendly. Hot breakfast that was more than a waffle maker was nice. The room was clean as expected. I would recommend this place to friends that are in the area.

Upon arriving the room was unclean with dirty plates and food stuffed underneath the beds. The blankets were very stained and so were the drawers. Will never book a room at this hotel again. Would not recommend to anyone ever

Friendly peeps

Not having an elevator made it pretty hard to get things up the stairs. And two of the doors readers on the exit closest to our doors wouldnt work so we had to walk a good distancs to get to and from our room to a door that did work.

Nice place to stay , but it needs to be updated things are looking old and worn out

We didn't end up staying here. The room we were given was on the 2nd floor and my mom couldn't get up the stairs and there was no elevator. Had to drive 1.5 hours to her house.

The entrance to the hotel was a little dirty, nothing I wouldn’t expect later in the afternoon when staff are busy. Our room overall was not very clean, lots of stains on the linen on the bed, loose hairs from other people on the blanket, cob webs in corers like they hadn’t been cleaned for months, there was a gummy bear stuck to an end table, and later in the night I noticed a bug on the wall that jumped onto the ground and we found it under the bed with a fly swatter and inspected it and it was a cockroach. Which was pretty disgusting so we went and switched rooms, to the second floor the room was a bit cleaner but we still were not very comfortable at the property knowing there might be a cockroach infestation.
