I didn't stay. I arrived and they didn't have a room for me although I had prepaid!!!! They told me they would refund me through Hotels.com and I needed to find another motel

Door lock broke second to the last day management tried to open the door and was unable to so we were old we would have to wait till the following day till maintenance arrived to get back into the room, called corporate was told it would take 7-10 business days to resolve the issue. Will NEVER stay at another red roof in, management and front desk workers are rude and could care less if you stay or not.

The pictures on their site were a lie. Cops were at the front desk when we checked in. We checked into our room, their were bugs on the floor, in the light fixtures, room smelt like mold, toilet didn't work, no towels were in the room, mold in the air conditioner unit, walls looked like room had water damage, furniture had no drawers, sheets had blood on them. We went back to the front desk to check out. I wanted a refund and the lady told me the manager wasn't in until Monday. I called Monday and the number on the card didn't work. I called my credit union and Hotels.com to dispute the charge. Hopefully i get refunded. This place should be shutdown for false advertisement and poorly conditioned rooms. This place was awful and should be removed off and hotel booking site.

I would have stayed longer if they had microwaves and refrigerators in their rooms.

1st off staff was very helpful. Hotel is run down, but at least it was mostly clean. Mostly clean except for the small carpets around the beds. They smelled of smoke/urine. Booked via hotels.com but could have had a better price booking at the hotel at the time of check in.

Very enjoyable. Very peaceful and clean. Polite and knowledgeable staff.

i had a fire hazrard in my room where the aircoditioner was plugged up.someone broke off something in the plug.plug was burned and black.makeing noice i complian about it .they would not offer me another room.water was was very hot.would not let me regeister if i did not have $50 cash deposit.for no smokeing in room.but no fire detector up.people smokeing near your room letting smoke in.if a fire broke outi,d been dead.

So much about this entire situation was wrong. Asked for a cash deposit without a working ATM on site, this deposit was not mentioned at all while booking the room. There were no drawers in the dresser, but plenty of exposed staples. There was no blanket on the bed nor were there regular sized pillows. Instead, you get one sheet and some small throw pillows. There was no vent on the air conditioner. I'm not sure if it was blood or ketchup, but the curtains and the A/C outlet were covered in something red. I don't know why the rooms are in this condition, but based on other reviews it appears that all of the rooms at this Red Roof Inn are in a similar condition. I'll be asking for a refund.

Noisy. Inside of room had a red drink smeared on the walls and curtains. Room looked nothing like pictures. There werent even drawers in the dresser chest.

There wasn’t any bad experience at the hotel in fact I forgot my phone in the service area and the worker found us and gave it back. But the area it self didn’t feel to safe and it wants dirty but you can definitely tell it wasn’t the cleanest. There wasn’t any good places to eat either and it look run down as well

Rooms were smelly and dirty, drawers were missing, no remotes in 2 of the 3 rooms booked, fridge not working, locks were unreliable, keys would not work properly to access the rooms. Overall filthy. Will not book from them in the future. Surprised that Expedia would not have a minimum standard for allowing a hotel to book on the site. We ended up leaving and not staying. Should be a rebate coming for the inconvenience.
