The staff was amazingly friendly. The food and beer and wine at 5 PM was a nice addition. Way to relax after a very long drive.

Due to hurricane storm in central Florida we decided to cancel our room with the hotel and Hotels.com and drive20 hours from Kansas City to the villages, Fl. After calling about our situation we were told “too bad”. No refund on room so was charged for full price. Very disappointed in response.

The manager was hosting a gathering for guests as we entered, making the hotel feel warm and welcoming. Lots of good vibes! The desk staff were pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the service people were chatty, warm, and welcoming. I'm not quite sure how this hotel has a 9+ rating as it is at the point of needing a makeover. But everything worked, the water was hot, and the beds comfy.

It was a GREAT stay! They gave us an amazing accessible room, which was HUGE! My mom is recovering from brain surgery and she was able to shower independently for the first time in a while because of the accessibility to the huge bathroom and shower. It had a great shower chair. The rest of the room was enormous! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was really good too! They had a free reception with food and drinks. Oh they gave us free cookies at check in!

We had stayed earlier in the week and had a WONDERFUL accessible room. It was a huge room with a wonderful walkin shower and shower chair. My mom is recovering from a serious surgery and treatment. She was able to get around and shower independently. I had booked an accessible room for our return trip, but upon check in they said I had booked a "hearing" accessible room. I re-read where I reserved the room, and there was no menton of "hearing" accessible. The lady that checked us in, did find us a room with a shower, but no shower chair. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The room was a good hotel room with one king bed. We were able to get a good night's rest so we could drive home the next day. Just not the huge accessible room we were looking forward to.

Every staff member was personable. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be the last! Love the small touches which included cookies when registering and a to go breakfast bag when leaving. The managers evening snacks and drinks is just what you need after a long day of driving. Hot breakfast upon leaving is great!

It’s an older Hampton Inn, convenient right off I-75. Staff was friendly. A typical breakfast is offered. My one complaint is that the sheets didn’t fit the bed. I even got up and remade the bed. The bottom sheet came off again.

We stay here many times traveling from Florida to North Georgia and we stopped in the middle on a motorcycle. They are amazing. We get to park a motorcycle underneath the portico and it is in the same condition. It was when we left. The staff is amazing The happy hour are good and the breakfasts are great, highly recommend

The view was to a graveyard. Very disturbing. The room smelled so bad. They could not offer us a different room. The manager said if I did not book 3rd party they would refund the room. No Help from the Hotel. They only said the Hotel is due to renovate. The room was dirty and broken down. Smelled like animals. I have been to this hotel about 4 times now and in the past was pleased. Something went really wrong this time. Extremely Unhappy.
