Room was ok. Traffic outside was very noisy. Sink in bathroom would not drain. Stopped up bad. Asked for assistance but was told none available til next day. We only stayed one night. Tough brushing teeth, washing face and hands with bath tub faucet.

Exit door near our room had a broken lock-easy entry for anyone.

Still remodeling but I would definitely stay again when im in the area. I loved that there was food options within walking distance of my room. Would have like the area next to the hotel to have been alittle cleaner but with the remodel I would expect some random debris

Very disappointing...our expectations weren't super high for $88 but the room smelled (like funky carpet stink), there was a rattle/noise all night from the bathroom, the microwave didn't work (we tried everything), the shampoo was out in the shower but I didn't realize until I was already in it and all wet, and I didn't have any with me anyway bc I assumed the hotel would have soap, shampoo and conditioner, and the ice machine on our floor wasn't working so I went to 1st floor, and that one wasn't working either. Seems ridiculous to me to not get it repaired and have ice available for your guests. Just a lot of disappointments for what once was a Drury Hotel and was nice as the Peartree Hotel. Also, the staff seemed annoyed when I went to them about the ice machine and microwave and asked if they offered breakfast in the mornings. The bed was pretty comfortable but I would definitely pay a little more and go stay at the Auburn Inn down the road...we've stayed there in the past and had a lovely experience for about $10 more.

The condition of this hotel was filthy. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom floor was filthy. I didn’t even take a shower. We left by six in the morning. The room had an old either smoke or dog.

We changed Rooms after arrivel because our Room stinked of cigarettes and smoking. The other Room we got was dirty with trash in cabinets from previous guests. The towels were moist and had Brown spots on them. The drainage in the bath did not Work and the drain was covered in hair and dirt. We found paper from candy bars on the floor in the room. Really disgusting and when we told the staff about the smoking detektor AND the ICE machine alarm being broken they didnt do anything - so all night we could hear constant beeps on our floor. Very annoying. The staff wasnt very helpfull when i told them about our experience. We Will never come back as it is the most horrific motel.

I was told that this place used to be a Drury hotel 3-6 Months ago well it's going down hill and i'm sure within 1 -2 years it will have run down to a 2 star. These property owners don't take care of hotels they run them to the ground. things get broken and are never fixed and simple things like tissue holder emty 3 dispensers for body wash ,shampoo and conditioner emty and one with no lid. ice machine broken had to go into the old kitchen ,not used now for breakfast only coffee is complimentary. Would not stay again as I know it will be worse in time.

Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean and quiet and check-in and check out were easy. However, the wifi didn’t work for me at all. I couldn’t even check my email with it because of how slow it was, and so I wasn’t able to work from my room as planned. Besides that, it was a good spot.

As always very clean and quiet. The young man that new working days is going to kill your business. We been coming there for yrs and his smart attitude is about to end it .

The bathtub had a sewage back up. I called and they came. They did give me another room but didn’t offer to help me move to it or any kind of discount for the inconvenience

Staff very friendly & helpful. Very clean. The other people I saw come in to stay were possibly on drugs or homeless. No one bothered us but we were two females alone and I definitely wouldn't stay there by myself.. outside hotel is nice for some reason these kind of people were here at hotel. I just wouldn't stay there by myself. Kinda a shame because hotel is very nice. But cheaper than others around it. That might be the reason this clientele was there.
