Room toilet was clowed from beginning to end

I like the front desk staff they was very friendly and helpful. I did not care for the room service staff. The room service staff came into my room announced.

The worst filthiest hotel in #México. Not recomended at all, unless you want to play with roaches. Horrible experience!

The room was good and comfortable, however, the air conditioner was not working properly. We stayed in room 329 and it took around 8 hours for the room to get a little fresh when we got there the air conditioner thermostat was at 61 F but the air was just verily fresh, my husband called the front desk and they instructed us to rise the temperature at 69 which we did, later on, somebody from maintenance came to our room to check on the a/c and change the temperature to 70 and said that because the room was too big the a/c would take longer to cool down the room and aid that if we lower to much the thermostat the unit could get frozen and the air can not circulate. We did as he said but the room never felt cool enough and we had a hard time to fall sleep at night. The next day we went out at 11 am and came back at 10 pm and found the a/c turned off, we were very upset because the room was very hot, the outside temperature was around 36 C, and housekeeping turned it off when they cleaned the room. It took again several hours for the room to cool down. Other than that we liked the hotel.

Clean little hotel in city center. But in desperate need of staff supervisor, cleaning ladies scream all the time amongst them, regardles of time or presense of guests sleeping, really hated their souls in the morning (lol)

The day we arrived, the connected the refrigerator and it started making loud noises. We called the receptionist and they were very kind. The refrigerator was replaced promptly with a new one. Something we did not report, but could be improved, is that the upper hinge of the bathroom door was loose. It is not the first time we see this in this hotel, but not a big problem.

Staff is very friendly. We had a problem with the A/C in the room and they fixed it right away. They have a breakfast bar which is replenished constantly. Plenty of parking space and has an excellent location.

Reception , cleaning and restaurant staff, outstanding. Everything spotless, thank you all, you made our staying Perfect.

This property has had its better days. Room had a bad sewer smell and ac took very long time to cool and very noisy.

The overall appearance is great. The first room I was in was outdated. The air conditioner made an extremely loud rattling noise so they immediately switched my rooms which was nice and updated me to one with a fridge and microwave. This room was a little outdated as well but comfortable. The only thing was that the plumbing to the sink was extremely slow and view outside was a wall.

After a long driving day . The bed was Heavenly
