Mona was amazing assisting us for check in. Very personable and kind. Just wish the Tavern was open and we were made aware that us was closed for renovation but very comfortable and great

The property is dated. The HVAC was incredibly loud and had to be shut down. The paint near the baseboard in the bathroom was pealing. The carpet that was used as baseboard near the door was peeling off.

Very nice property. Restaurant doesn't appear too function except at breakfast which is served in one of the conference rooms. But we had to leave too early to try it out anyhow.

Thankfully, we were only here for 1 night; just a place to lay our heads. Anything longer and we would've had to find somewhere else. The staff was helpful but the hotel is clearly neglected. I don't need to list everything. Hotel management certainly knows the property needs work and any guest thqt stays here will too.

The place had a weird smell in the building. What i paid it wasnt worth it.

We planned to eat and drink there as opposed to driving around to find somewhere. They were out of just about everything we wanted. The restaurant was just bar food. The TV dint work so I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work either. I had to go down to the lobby to wait in line to get help with the TV due to the fact there was one woman at the front desk. She was it for the entire staff on a Friday evening. I felt kinda sorry for her. What a horrible and dangerous place to be.

When i coming nobody's was there for my check-in but in the morning when i coming for breakfast the was so nice and excellent 😋

The room was clean and comfortable, however there were a few broken things which I was told would get fixed right away but never got fixed. The amenities that were missing quickly got replaced. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone so gad to make trips down to speak with someone. The cleaning staff spoke little to no english. If those things are no bother to you, then you'll enjoy this hotel. For me it did not live up to the brand for the price per night.

There was no free breakfast

The hotel staff and room was great. My only area of improvement is the lounge/restaurant area was under staffed and not very inviting. I mentioned this at checkout and i was told they were under new ownership. For the nightly room rate something to eat in the morning would have been nice.

Wish the front desk would answer my husband left a new lightweight jacket and shirt. Try to retrieve WOW. The mattress on the bed I ended being in a hole. I’m not 180lbs Seeing my chiropractor this week.

Tired property in need of a big makeover

The hotel was clean and up to date. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash the is environmentally friendly and does not waste plastic or product. The room was a good temperature. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The hotel is nice, but if they would update the over all hotel it would be wonderful. No one was in the restaurant which was weird for me.

A/C hard to control. No "do not disturb" tag available. Housekeeping came into my room and emptied the trash cans, and took my only, already used face cloth, hand and bath towel but did not replace the face cloth. They neither cleaned nor changed out anything else. Bed not turned up. Carpet not vacuumed. Kcup was still inside the brewer. About 5mins after I returned, Housekeeping CAME BACK INSIDE WITHOUT KNOCKING--a knock was necessary since one coworker told the other coworker that I was back (I speak a little Spanish). I was sitting on the bed out of view, and because she made no announcement I stood up to see why she'd returned but by then she was walking out of the door with towels in her hands. She may have taken something out of the room that she meant to take before I got back. As much as I can tell, nothing of mine is missing.

Front desk was excellent, weekend cleaning not acceptable. Sheets were not changed dirty towels were left in the room. Coffee pot was not cleaned out and restocked, etc. Room was comfortable. Restaurant was good

The quality of the bed was the best part. The property is older, and the bathrooms had peeling paint and were not super nice, considering the price of the stay. I expected higher quality because of the cost. It was not like other DoubleTree hotels -it was more like a motel with the price of hotel.
