This Best Western was the best one I have ever stayed at...and was more comparable to a 4 star hotel. Yes, it is still a motel, but the property AND rooms were immaculately clean and in good condition! The King room we stayed in was large and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly! We loved the jacuzzi and heated pool! Awesome place to stay for a lower price point in Santa Barbara!

We stayed in a condo/townhouse on the end of the property. The patio was spacious. The downstairs was fine with a TV and a very nice long couch so we could all sit together. Kitchen was fine - we didn't cool but there seemed to be a cookware items available. The downstairs bath is a half bath. The stairs are super steep and narrow. Not suitable if you have anyone with mobility issues at all. Bedrooms were fine. Bathroom was fine. Overall the place was a bit worn and a little musty smelling. Service at the front desk was nice but they were under construction so it was hard to find the entrance. The restaurant on site is roomy and breakfast was yummy. There were 5 of us staying so overall a decent value.

Stayed here to celebrate our civil wedding and our family and I were very satisfied. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. We also enjoyed the cafe they had on the property.

Requested thinner pillows as too thick for our necks. They did not have any thinner pillows so we had to do without pillows. Great restaurant beside hotel.

Everything in the kitchen and bathroom was in full working order. The pool area was also a nice place to spend an hour or two and you could buy drinks from the bar and take them back to your sunbeds. A little bit further out of town but this wasn't a problem for us and we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

A very pleasant hotel for an overnight stay. Staff polite and location is good. Parking is free for guests but can get busy. Would stay again. Santa Barbara is BEAUTIFUL!

Very comfortable and quiet room for a reasonable price (given Santa Barbara pricing). This is the second time I have stayed here and had a good experience both times.

Stayed there because my granddaughter was having surgery at the nearby hospital. The a/c wasn’t working. Maintenance did come to fix it but it still didn’t work well. The building is just old. Everything is outdated and the room smelled very musty.
