Beautiful hotel. Wonderful room with very comfortable beds. Service was excellent. Perfect location to easily walk to old town and many areas around it. Ubahn and Sbahn right outside the hotel.

Beautiful room with expensive wood cabinetry and panneling. Very luxurious. The bathroom is beautiful with an amazing spacious shower room. Bed is very comfortable.

This is a remarkable hotel, a throwback to a time of ladies in gowns and men in suits. The hotel is warm and the rooms are lovely and spacious. Would definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Frankfurt.

The rooms are too hot and the air conditioning is not very good. Other than that this is a nice hotel to stay in.

Not worth it. Were excited to check out this property, but arrived on a day all neighboring roads were closed and could not get near hotel. No effort was made to notify us (despite us having other correspondence with property). Spent a half hour driving in circles in a foreign city, ditched rental car 5 km away in hopes a taxi could get us closer, still ended up having to haul large luggage several blocks, and no one was present to help even as we arrived in lobby. I’m a very experienced traveler and this is first time I’ve left a one star review.

Staff are brilliant - particularly on reception. Very helpful. Couple of minor issues with the room which they rectified immediately. Great rooms, lovely building.
On site restaurant (Oscar’s) service is a little slow and menu is limited and overpriced for what it is. Food was of good standard though.
Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was even nicer than the photos. We had an amazing stay and will be booking again for a future trip to Frankfurt. Highly recommend! Very comfortable beds and nice rooms.

Very good luxury hotel in the city center, one metro station away from the main train station. Close to shops, restaurants, old town and the river. Great place to stay but a bit pricey. Great customer service and helpful staff.

They asked us to pay 35 euro per day on checking in if we wished to have breatfast. After 2 nights we saw that there was an offer of free breakfast on booking but we had to ask for this.

The only weak point was on arrival the bell man did not want to unload out luggage form the taxi. Never experienced that before in any hotel I have stayed before. For departure was perfect. I guess every facility has a suboptimal employee

The hotel is very convenient for the city Centre. It’s a grand hotel. The room we had was in very good condition and clean. The staff we tree very friendly and helpfull.

Beautiful property. Excellent staff. Great location to walk to everything; especially close/walkable to luxury shopping and to the old town square. Valet Parking available and convenient. Dining options very good also within hotel. Metro is right outside also.
