The rooms workers were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help.

Missing towel Rack. Bathroom was disgusting.closet door was broken. The carpet was so dirty we were afraid to walk on without our shoes. Literally watched a person checkout and they charged him an extra 200 dollars. They questioned it and they corrected it. I was there for a funeral. The hotel was sad.

the room was not clean, Shower had no faucet handle, tv was not working, bathroom sink still had spit on it, carpet was dirty and sticky, air conditioner was not working properly. I called the front desk to get a faucet handle put in to be able to take a shower. someone came to put it on after an hour. checked the TV and took the remote control with him saying he will get it fixed and never came back. had to clean bathroom and sink myself. Will never stay in this hotel again.

Save yourself the stress and choose another hotel. We checked in late due to traveling. They did not want to honor the reservation and wanted an increase fee. With it being late and no other rooms at other hotels we were stuck. I then was woke up at 3am by a fraud alert in my phone from where they tried to charge more money. They did end up refunding and honoring the original price. Our room was okay aside from the manager putting us knowingly in room with no TV and no other kings size rooms to put us in. Which made no sense since we made our reservation a month a head of time. We ended up checking out early and going home. I have never experienced a hotel so ridiculous in my life.

Hotel cancelled my reservation without ever notifying me or Expedia. Expedia still had me booked with a confirmation number and all. Had to rush to find other accommodation. Horrible place.

The hotel stay was ok 👌 just need to update the hotel wasn't pleased with the bathtub other than that bed & pillows are comfortable and service was good.

It took over 2 hours past check in time for my room to be ready meanwhile other people were walking in and getting their rooms immediately. Then after being promised it would be ready in 30 min, I took a walk and came back in 30 min, still was not ready for another 45 min.

The room we were assigned had issues, most of which were minor (tv didn't work - which we were advised about upfront so not really a problem, no trash can, towel bar popped off of the wall, etc). However, the deadbolt for the room would not lock in place because the plate on the door frame was not lined up properly with the latch, so couldn't fully secure the room. It was late, no other rooms available, and maintenance were not on staff to fix problem. Did not feel safe enough to stay. Front desk staff was nice and refunded our room without any trouble, so no concerns there, but we ended up driving through the night back home instead as there was no availability anywhere else.

The check in experience was terrible because 2 people in the front of the line paid for their stay via Expedia who unbeknownst to everyone canceled their room. This resulted in 2 people holding the line up and I was stuck waiting almost half an hr in line to check in.

Arrived at midnight after a 6 hour drive ready to go to sleep just to be told my room was not ready even though the deposit had already been charged and had to wait for staff to clean a room. Sink and bathtub were clogged, bed sheets had stains and carpet had crumbs. Breakfast was picked up half and hour before “closing”.

The breakfast was terrible. The hotel needs refurbishments. The elevator didn’t work. Everything looked old and worn out. The location was good for the Sports Card show. That was the only plus.

Half consumed beer can I n the fridge. Sticky floor in room.
