The Hotel was well located and room was comfortable. Room was always warm even with the coldest setting. Extremely dissatisfied with the large deposit required and to refund as the amount has been debited direct from Credit Card but takes 14-days to refund when it should be done when checking out. Very expensive as well so did not eat or get drinks from hotel.

The property is close to MTR, the beautiful harbour and staff are friendly and helpful!

Have always loved this hotel. And yes the pool really does look like this. What I don't love is that a 3rd person is an extra charge regardless of age. Even if a room has 2 double beds, suitable for a set of parents and a child, my child was an extra $300

Very nice and elegant hotel in the middle of the shopping district. Direct access to taxis, Uber and the metro station is 5-10 minutes walking. Right across the hotel is the Marina walk. Hotel staff are very nice. The lady at the fron desk gave us a room with the Marina view since this was our first time in HK. The only issue we had that the room was very small that we could not put the extra bed that we requested, however we had a king size bed which fitted me and my two daughters.

Perfect location and very reasonable service for business and travel staying

The staffs were exceptional. Service was great, All attendants on 12th floor were attentive, from front office manager, Bonny to bell boys, they all went out of their way to make sure all was well. The bellboy with spectacles made sure we knew which departure gate and check-in areas we should use when he noticed we were departing, another lovely boy asked us to wait inside while he sweated to wait for our taxi outside. The front office manager made sure our AC Problem was addressed and had a room standby in case we needed to change. The lady matri’D at restaurant greeted us with big smile every morning. Wonderful people.
