We have pet allergies and this was not listed as pet friendly but it smells like dogs and I had a reaction. The hotel staff said the whole place is for animals. It is not listed that way in hotels.com. Very disappointing!!!

People were very pleasant. From check in to check out. The rooms were comfortable...but the bathrooms were a bit dated. Not very good ventilation.

Down-rated due to uncomfortable mattress, icy cool pool, and parking lot party that happened well after midnight on a Sunday night that could be heard from the top floor of the hotel. Had to turn on the room fan to cover up the noise best as possible. Usually don't complain about most hotels, but this one needs a small bit of a tune up if it is carrying the Fairfield name.

The fan in the bathroom did not work, so whenever I took a shower the room was humid from the steam from the shower. I was also charged a $40 fee (on top of the over $400+ spent for the room) as a holding/damage fee.
