Arrived early. The young girl at the counter was able to get us checked in without any issues. Room was big and the beds were extremely comfortable. The deli next door was convenient and the food was great. Definitely recommend staying here.
Also the pool is heated!

My husband was in the hospital and I had to change my discharge date a few time as his stay was lengthened. They were so accommodating and I was able to check in early and stay in the same room.
Grounds are lovely with lots of outdoor seating.

Will gladly stay again. My only complaint was parking and the bathroom was small. Other than that quiet and pretty serene.

We always stay here whenever we have appointments at Stanford hospital. It's immaculate and nice. One thing I was disappointed was that no water bottles were offered. They did offer water from the water machine in the office which seemed odd. But other than that it was great. Will keep staying there.

Beautiful grounds with outside seating for very limited continental breakfast, bottled water filling station, daily maid service (if wanted). Parking was tight. Had nice Deli on site for extra food and beverages desired. Great sandwiches and other menu items like bagels, salads. Room was comfortable - sofa/bed was NOT comfortable for even sitting on for conversing or TV watching. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, patio was serene with beautiful plants/trees, stream, walking paths.

This is a beautiful property, and is older hotel that has been remodeled. You get the benefits of an old fashioned hotel like larger room, quiet, mature trees and landscape. We had room with view of the creek ( dry in the fall) that is surrounded with trees and plants. Just the relaxing site before procedure at Stanford hospital. Will stay again.

Great place in a good location. Really beautiful grounds and spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs a bit more and the rooms are designed in a way that can make parking and neighbour noise seem constant.

Theres a fountain, bridge, patio areas, and creek. A possum walks the creek every night and there are baby bunnies there in the morning. Its scenery and serenity hekp is forget why we are there every week.

The family stayed for one night for ease in attending our first Stanford football game. The hotel is quite extensive, with multi-level buildings and rooms. From what I could see, they all faced a beautiful creek and had lush landscaping and trees. A gorgeous oasis! The room was comfortable and clean—ours had a little sitting nook outside that was semi-private. There were nice toiletries, and a mini fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast is very basic, nothing to write home about. Overall, a lovely stay.

It was ok, good location , nice property's, room decor was ok but found a half eaten salad in the refrigerator told the front desk and they said sorry and asked if I threw it away. For the motel ratings of 9.0 I would think that they would have a more thorough cleaning of the rooms and a better response at the front desk. Not sure if I would stay there again

Our second stay at this wonderful inn - we love it. Lush gardens & lovely old trees evoke Old Palo Alto. Spacious room w/ patio overlooking garden and water fountain. DAILY clean towels and bedding make it a real joy to stay here. Basic continental b'fast but good coffee makes up for it. We'll be back - can't wait!
