The check-in was nice, and although we received no communication back regarding our ground floor request. We did get a ground floor and could back our car to the room. We were sadly placed right across from the door to the breakfast area, and after 6:00 am, there was no sleeping, plus at night, it sounded like groups spent time in that area. We always think that perhaps we get the worst room since we booked with Expedia. The room was nice. Had all the amenities, but the fridge was loud and kept us up at night. The bed had hard sides and not that comfortable. The sofa bed was nice, but very tight in the room. They served a supposed hot breakfast, but the eggs and sausage/ham were not very hot. The hot steamer must have been set too low. It was okay all the same. The Hotel needs to decide whether it is a Comfort Inn or a Quality Inn.

We brought our dog for the stay and staff were friendly with him. Room was decent, free breakfast was good. Decent greenspace to walk the dog. Room was very quiet despite being so close to highway. Rates were pretty high but so was every other hotel in the area. Able to get a late check out which was great because my husband was in a work meeting. All in all great stay

Everything was fine and clean only problem was we were right next to the maintanance room and we listened to the plumbing all night. Sounded like someone microwaving popcorn all night

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We stayed for just one night over the long weekend, paying a ridiculous $300. The beds were uncomfortably short and small. The receptionist seemed completely indifferent and unfriendly, offering no help. The dining room lacked sufficient seating; we came down for breakfast at 9 AM and had to wait 20 minutes for a table to clear. The place was dirty, and they were very slow with refills. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Nice hotel close to the highway so perfect for who is travelling and need to stop for the night. Very quiet and with a large parking lot

Unfortunately, I had not indicated that I have mobility issues and since there is no elevator in the hotel, it was a bit of a struggle getting to and from my second floor room.
However, aerial the receptionist was a great help and bringing my bag down the stairs for me when it was time for me to leave.
