Received credit card statement and found charged $200. When called told we smoked in room, stated we don’t smoke and told manager would call back. Have not received a call back. Very disappointing, have never stayed anywhere and received an extra charge for cleaning. The hotel is old and we used the heater which smelled when turned on.

The tile in the bathroom was warped, it made closing the door impossible. I told the desk at check out so hopefully they can fix it.

Good value for the price..rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was clean and offered a good variety. Miranda who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. After a terrible night in Lead (at Blackstone lodge and suits) this property was such a refreshing change!

We were extremely disappointed that there was no elevator (traveling with elderly in our party), and heartbroken that the pool was much too cold to get in and the hot tub was out of commission indefinitely (the sign on it only said 'Down for maintenance tonight' and we asked staff to confirm it would open the next day, they seemed annoyed by an absurd question. We asked them to update their sign and their website.) - we had booked this hotel 2 nights solely for pool and hot tub. Communication to booking apps should happen!
The walkable convenience to Walmart and delicious breakfast were lovely but the nice extra large rooms really need a table and or chairs. We took a chair from the stockpile under the side stairwell.

I was fairly shocked by the condition of the hotel. The staff was kind and friendly, but the room was very dirty and in bad condition. The wallpaper was peeling, the furniture had multiple visible stains and disrepairs, the room smelled, and I did not feel comfortable. The tv did not work. There was dirt / crumbs on the floor, as well as in the hallway and in the vending machines. There was a stain on my sheets. Given the price, I expected a higher quality stay.

Chose this location since it had a hot tub. Wasn’t in service kind of a bummer. Lots of noise all hours of the nights people running down the hall ways. Front desk let it happen. Other than this it’s a convent location.

Staff was friendly the stay was great, room was big with enough space to put belongings but everything was a little outdated and dingy. It could have been because we had our dog with us and they put us in one of the “animal friendly” rooms. In my opinion it was way over priced…
