Parking a little expensive but very good and easy to access. Really nice room, breakfast well presented and excellent array of food. Check in easy even at midnight.

Ideal hotel for a short city break. Good size room with huge bed. Extremely quiet. Bathroom functional if a little dated. TV had English channels. Large hotel so rooms in separate wings - ours being some distance from reception (access via corridor & lift). Hotel appeared to be having some refurbishment work although there was no disturbance to us. Hotel bar good & prompt service. We didn't eat at the restaurant. Hotel pool fine but very limited changing facilities. Car park easy to find & secure, separate charge to hotel cost though. Short walk to U-Bahn station(s) & retail/resatuarant facilities within adjacent university campus.

Location is great. Underground and buses are nearby, and also the supermarket. Breakfast is good and have so much choices.

Nice hotel, quite big and a walk to the back wing where my room was. I think the rooms could do with a few USB plugs to easily charge my phone. Everything was great, the housekeeper did my room every day which is rare these days. Piano bar was classy. I would stay here again.

Very dated. We had the family room which we thought included a double bed with two twins. Unfortunately the double bed turned out to be a sofa bed. Very uncomfortable.

When we checked in the room that was given to us had a problem with the air conditioning. The next day Michael (manager at the front desk) was very kind enough to help us change the room and give us a better room. Overall the hotel is nice, staff is very good specially Michael and Fox, but the rooms are a bit old for the amount that was being charged.

A very nice hotel in good condition. Smooth check in and helpful staff at the front desk. However when asking for an iron none was available and we didn’t get one later either. The fridge in the room didn’t work. When pointing that out nothing happened.
