The hotel is in the midst of renovations, but they did everything they could not to inconvenience guests. The place is a bit worn, so the renovation is much needed.

Elevators did not work at all!

There was a water cooler at the hotel entrance. It seemed free, but the lady at the reception told us it was paid. There is a minibar in the rooms but it is empty. There were stains on the walls in the rooms. We wanted to leave our bags for 1-2 hours while we were checking out, they said we could leave them in a room with no security. They charge 20 mins for a room that is completely the responsibility of the customer. I did not see the hotel as very guest friendly.

The staff was incredible. Super friendly and helpful. The breakfast included each morning was some of the best food we had the whole 6 days. We used their laundry service and it was expensive but incredibly convenient and great quality. The location is one block away from the best street in Copenhagen. The overall facility definitely needs a lot of work and modernization. It looked and smelled very old and damp. However, it was a great price especially with the included breakfast / coffee. If you do plan to stay here, it’s because it’s a great price and you only plan to sleep and eat breakfast there. The rest of the time should be spent outside of the hotel

The property is located perfectly to access anywhere you want to go. Hop on hop off bus right there as well as public transport. Rooms a nice, breakfast is spectacular and team at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

Guest room A/C did not cool well in room 511, so we had to sleep with an open window. Our maintenance request was ignored.

Great location. 5 min walk to Nyhavn and water bus. Next to Kissing Stairs. Tiny elevators but clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast included. Walk to cafes and restaurants.

The Scandic Front was in a great location in Copenhagen with a couple block walk to the metro, shopping, tons of restuarants and cultural sites. The price for the hotel is a little high considering the status of the facilities. They are currently undergoing a renovation so hopefully they will address this. A couple of positive notes, the hotel has bikes you can rent which was super easy and we loved biking around Copenhagen. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options for myself(omnivore) and my wife(vegetarian). The staff was all very nice and helpful.

Excellent location for exploring Nyhavn and the main sites of Copenhagen. It has a good selection of food at breakfast buffet. However the hotel is a little dated in places and in much need of a refurbishment throughout.

Great location, only a few blocks away from the main tourist attractions. Waterfront view from our room was amazing! Breakfast was great, the furniture in the room needs an upgrade, but beds were comfortable!

Very convenient place to stay. Property is under renovation and hopefully shower pressure will improve. Our room was 104 and noise from the dance area below continued until midnight on the 3 nights we were there, made it hard to sleep. Good breakfast and parking available.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent GF options at breakfast. Best I have ever experienced. They had a separate section for allergens complete with toaster.
