Great servise

I have liked this place for some time however, the rooms are worn out, dirty, in disrepair and need to be updated. Everything else is great, the golf course, the grounds and the restaurant are the only things that keep me coming back but I’m afraid that since I also need to use the Hotel portion when in Temecula that I will be going elsewhere until the rooms are brought to the same standards as everything else there. You have got to reinvest in your Business or you will lose business. The only way you will be able to continue attracting people to the Hotel will be to drop the prices because people with money and standards will no longer come or will be a one and done if they do.

Place was beautiful, staff friendly, and amenities great. I golfed and took a morning yoga class which was great. My only issue was that I was gone all day one day and when I got back my door was open. The housekeepers had been there and had left my door open. I called the front desk to let them know and they didn't seem to care at all. Basically, what do you want me to do about it. I said maybe you want to let the head of housekeeping to have their staff be more careful in the future. I'm lucky I didn't have anything stolen.

Quick family weekend get away for Labor Day. Kids loved the pool, we grabbed dinner at the on site restaurant. Close to Old Town Temecula.

My stay was amazing. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and peaceful. The room was exquisite and peaceful.

I left a shirt in the hotel room but it wasn’t found. We also tried to go on a walk but there aren’t any walking paths. All paths seem to be for the golfers.

We stayed on a Thursday night. Had a very good night's sleep- the curtains darkened room well and the area was peacefully quiet. Only disappointment was no elevator to get my elderly mom upstairs.

Quiet setting on a golf course, comfortable beds with soft bedding, convenient shuttle to nearby casino, short drivable distance to downtown. Pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Staff was friendly at check-in/check-out and informative about nearby attractions. We took advantage of their in-room breakfast where you fill out a card the night before with your selections, hang it on the outside of your door, and they deliver the food to your room. A slight downside to this as there was no table to eat at and we had to improvise with a desk and an ottoman. Would stay here again.

Very nice place and clean. Love the restaurant Coro and Fire. I wish we stayed longer. But the boys enjoyed their golf time

It was loud the entire stay. Seems like it's the pipes. 6am, 2pm, 1am doesn't matter - they're going off. The walls are paper thin. Couple with a baby and small child came in the middle of the night so we got to fall asleep to screaming and wake up to Dad making dinosaur noises in the morning. Above us there was a group blasting music all night and jumping around - it was a Friday but I thought I was at a golf resort not the roadway inn. The shower took 5-10mins to warm up every use... And generally the place was entirely unimpressive for the cost. Felt like a decent motel with a nice golf course attached to it. None of this is the worst ever. It happens. But I wouldn't stay there again at the price point or if I wanted peace and quiet or any kind of high end experience. Everything was entirely average.

Very nice place. Lots of trees and greenery which i enjoy. Room was very well maintained and comfortable with a small patio outside the slider. I enjoyed laying by the pool. Very family friendly. Would stay again. Comfortable bed.
