Staff was very friendly however management was lacking. The turn down service came at 9pm one night washcloths were not replaced one day and a loud lawn mower started outside our window at 540a which I’m sure is not a regular practice.The front desk did take off our resort fees for one day because of the early morning wake up.

This resort is such a special place. It was more beautiful than we expected, the service was top-notch and we had an incredible time. From mat Pilates to bike riding and pickleball, this was the perfect place to celebrate our friend’s 60th birthday! We have stayed her dozens and dozens of times. This time they said they upgraded us for free, but we were out in a building that we later found out was being serviced all week to improve the A/C - we talked to the A/C vendor. The first night our A/C wouldn’t work. When we communicated this we got push back and no proactive apology or offer to make it right. It was in the 90s that day and high 80s in the room so we didn’t sleep all night, not how we want to spend out vacation especially given the high prices OVI commands now. They couldn’t deliver in a basic comfortable hotel room. After a few visits to the front desk, they finally comped just one night but I would have expected much more including taking two free nights to come back. They are making a lot of improvements around the property like more outdoor seating at the bar, movie nights, etc, but they seem they seem to be dropping the ball on the basics. The service at both pools was not attentive and proactive - they should send their staff to Ritz training. Proactive, friendly, customer service is job 1.

I cannot say enough great things about this resort. The whole property stunning and beautiful, but the food was excellent and the service from everyone was above and beyond always. We will be returning over and over again. Highly recommend.

It was a 45 wedding anniversary. We had a great room with the mountains and golf course view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will go back there again

Such a lovely place! Larger room than expected. Beautiful fire place. Treated us to Champaign and chocolate covered strawberries for our honeymoon. The staff was so catering.
