An older hotel that had been redecorated fairly recently. Staff friendly but room we had was in need of repairs. There was duct tape holding the rug down at the door and the toilet lid was broken. The exterior entranceway was “decorated with Astro turf rather than shrubs and grass.
It was not what we expected for a Fairfield Inn.

Service was not very cordial. The lady at the front deskwas rude about the wifi and was sure to let me know I could not get my room cleaned unless I scheduled it with 24 hour notice. Also there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom but not a switch in sight. Useless and the room was uncomfortable.

A real dump …upgrades taking place all over the building …trash out the back view…really poor condition. Website should read something to effect of major renovations taking place.

Rolled up at 2 am as a stop on a cross country trip. Really easy spot to get to right off the interstate.
Checkin took less than a minute. Got up to the room and it was nice and cold on a summer night. Bed was comfy. Was asleep by 215. 10/10.

Brought my elderly mom. Icy cold temp in the room on arrival but the front desk was very responsive with an extra blanket. Had to call using my cell phone as the room phone was dysfunctional. The toilet was incredibly low to the floor and we were unable to manipulate her walker with the door swing and the tight size of the bathroom. The queen bed frame was paired with a double mattress size which left a 5 inch frame excess on one side to crack your shins. Odd.

Location next to Cracker Barrel is a plus. Shower was good; bed comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. However the carpet in hallways and room was old and stained and the room smelled musty. If you have allergies, best not to stay here.

Hotel was clean in certain areas. There is heavy construction on the lower level and difficult to find parking due to equipment in the parking lot.
This is very close to the interstate and a convenient last-minute stay.

The hotel appears to be in need of or in stage of renovation judging by the construction equipment in the parking lot AND number of old mattresses laying out there as well. The beds were old, room had ants. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Just average hotel. Breakfast was convenient and good. There was plenty of hotel water. Room had some water damaged ceiling. Window in room was dirty and probably needed to be resealed.
Bed was comfortable.
