We had a quick check in and when my husband saw a small wasps nest starting on the balcony it was immediately removed.

This is what I have found when staying at BW's the USB ports are poor, make sure you bring your own plugs to use the wall outlets to charge your phone/watches. Having 2 laptops, 2 iPhones 2 apple watches, you need adapters that work. I always have the adapters but some of the outlets were loose and plugs would fall out of the sockets, some sockets didn't even work at all. Found the bathroom had the best outlets.

Cigarette smell in room was horrible. When I told the front desk they did nothing and said they would not refund the room if we left or stayed.

The hotel was beyond beautiful and clean! The room was very clean and smelled soooo good! The AC filter was so white and clean I was amazed and slept like a baby every night, the breakfast was delicious and amazing for it to be FREE, I look forward to coming back.

Lipstick on a pig. The room was musty with dated everything. This place urgently needs to be either seriously updated or just replaced.
We planned to stay 4 nights, but my wife refused and we went to a holiday inn express and that was MUCH nicer, and at the same price.
Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about.
The front desk had a competing kiosk that had some overseas person waiting to 'help' but that was frustrating and could not read my ID etc.
Place reeked of marijuana....
Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

The staff is wonderful and the place is quiet. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the place is in serious need of a remodel. It looks like a lonely inn from the 1960s. The only saving grace is that it is right down the street from the mall and close to the highway. Definitely not worth what they're charging! Glad we only stayed one night. We will not be back.

The hotel is close to local outdoor attractions. We slept comfortably and we're pleasantly surprised at the numerous plugs for electronic devices as well as USB outlets. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure and hot water. We were delighted with the attention to detail with the shelving, racks, safety bar, and vanity space. Also, thank you for providing a soap dish! We enjoyed the included breakfast.

Paper plates and cups, plastic forks, milk and orange juice cartons (the kind we put in our kid’s lunchboxes) were understandable during COVID, however, let’s do better. I couldn’t tell the mini-pancakes from the strange looking round egg “patties”. Coffee in the room was better than the coffee in restaurant. Not mention, in the room, you’re provided an actual coffee cup. So, bring your cup with you for breakfast. Yes, the breakfast was advertised as “free” so, some might say…I received what I’m perceived to not have paid for.
