Exceptional views -amazing pool

This place was the best choice i could have made. It was a little bit of a distance walk tucked between Nidri and Nikiana in either direction. I would recommend a rental car or a motorbike but the view and how quiet it is nothing comes close. Also the staff was so friendly and helpful! Im in awe! 5 stars

Nice hotel, amazing views the jacuzzi on the balcony was lovely. It is on a steep hill with 2 entrances 1 which is good and the other is tricky, go for the short steep one. To make it better the breakfast buffet should use fresh local bakery products. Also some of the staff were quite rude and not friendly, we were accused of putting some soap into the jacuzzi even though we had literally just checked in, which makes you wonder if it is cleaned before the next guests arrive. Overall we enjoyed our the room and the views, not so much breakfast.

Staff is very friendly and the place is very nice!! The room is very spacious and bathroom is quite nice (especially for the other bathrooms I've encountered). The pool is gorgeous but shockingly crowded (a lot of people sit they're ALL DAY and claim pool chairs in the morning). Location is pretty convenient- 5 minute drive into town but up/down a VERY steep hill (taxis are on a flat rate of $10). Food is pretty good but the drinks at the pool bar are disgusting. I recommend taking a day- cruise to take you to all the best beaches in Lefkada.

We booked in for two nights and mistakenly arrived a day early, no problem, we were upgraded to a fabulous room with two balconies and sea view. The staff were ultra helpful and friendly, as the hotel was so quiet the buffet breakfast wasn't available, but everything was cooked fresh to order, perfect. We loved it so much we stayed four nights instead of two, and would love to stay again.

It was a very nice stay! Everyone is very friendly! I would like to emphasize is the extremely obliging Mr. Petros! We would love to come back!

We stayed in the 2-floor Signature suite, which has spectacular views (only from the 2nd floor). When we checked in — AC was not working on the top floor so they switched us to another suite (which had burnt out lights that needed to be replaced). The stairs were open to the outside and covered in bird poop, which was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Every time we used the faucet or toilet, the pipes would make horrible noises. The hot water never worked after the 2nd day and whenever we went to the front desk in the morning, no one was there. The breakfast is OK and service at breakfast is fine; although it did make my daughter nauseous. Housekeeping was minimal —we had wine glasses and dishes we took to our room that were never cleaned; and Beds never made. Overall — the views make this hotel have a lot of potential, but it needs some serious upkeep and better housekeeping
