Beautiful hotel and felt comfortable. The only complaint would be that we stayed in a room under the roof top and could hear when a chair would be drag around. Also, could hear when chairs and people were jumping. Besides that, I appreciate staff being attentive.

The roof terrace provides a quiet place to relax or work and offers views of the city with all of its churches. The hotel is centrally located within a short walk of the central Zócalo. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious with strong coffee, a healthy fruit salad and fresh breads and pastries. We stayed five nights and strongly recommend the hotel.

It is a a great boutique hotel with a beautiful terrace/deck overlooking the whole city. Spanish style place with a fountain and stairs. Very elegant. Great location and service.

We were so sad to leave, they treated us like family. They missed nothing in this place, from the character and history of the building to the guest conveniences. The only negative would be that it was hard to leave to see the city. Lol. Stay here quickly because it is way under valued.

Our first two days in Puebla. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A remodeled Spanish colonial building that stayed true to its original style with modern conveniences in the room. A short walk to the zócalo, historic biblioteca and very good restaurants. The staff was very helpful and even accommodated us with an early hour continental breakfast on our last morning.

Our stay here was AMAZING!! The staff, Ari, Ismael and Johnathan are just the best ever. They made us feel like we were home. They stopped at nothing to make our stay the most comfortable. Ismael was so kind and served us up the greatest breakfast on the Terrance. Always had a smile on his face to welcome us in the mornings. And Ari was also so amazing. Always so sweet and joyful and willing to help me with any travel or sight seeing I needed!! I just can’t say enough good things. Upon check out we took pictures with Ari and Ismael and they walked us to our Uber and we all hugged goodbye. It was like saying good bye to family. We can’t wait to go back!!
