This was the nastiest hotel ive ever been to the hotel smelled like a boys locker room when i entered my room. Then the beds had stains all over the bed and only sheets no comforter. The night stand was sticky and has stains. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Half used roll of tolet paper. And for the breakfast they has spoiled milk. My 15 month old son ate the rotten milk and got sick shortly after. I notified the manager and she dumped and apologize but that didnt prevent my son from getting sick. The manager also said that the whol refrigeration system at the hotel had been messing up along with the waffle maker as its thermostats didnt work and would serve under cooked waffles. The hallway of this hotel was no better with ripped up carpet with white stains. The doors to the rooms were also strange as they had multiple different kids of doors in use leading me to be concerned with if the locks even worked. Terrible motel, we stayed 2 days they gave us a broken office chair the arm chair wad worn out arms caving cushion non existing worn out old mattress no hair dryer, we stayed 2 days didn't clean the room made the bed or changed towels , We travel the world, never duch a bad experience, will never go back breakfast was a joke front desk lady very rude in the evening, nice lady in the morning. Don't recommend to anyone

When i arrived and when i went to check-in the lady wasnt even at the desk. I rang the bell 2 times and nothing, i even tried to call while i was at the desk and she still didnt even come out. When she finally did she told me about a room deposit and and i agreed and she told me to do cash and i said card and she said it will return in 3-5 days and i said its ok and she said use the ATM and than i said its ok. She said my bank will take 5 more days so to use the ATM so i agreed. And the ATM was shut off. It charged me a fee to use it and when i looked on my bank statement it added a foreign ATM fee. I normally wouldnt care but she insisted hard to use it. The beds were hard and itchy. The wifi didnt even work. When i asked them about there extra charge they told me to just call the customer service number as if i did something wrong. When i went to check out the lady made me feel as if i never gave her a deposit in cash and i was in a hurry and she said she had to inspect the room to make sure i didnt mess it up. She tried to take forever but i did rush her as i told her i was in a rush. Overall a horrible experience and will never come back to this hotel again

Had unexpected charges, the place is noisy room doors are hard to open and the hallways are dirty. Bed sheets were itchy.

Whole favility was in disrepair. Breakfast was pretty basic. Floors were horrid made our feet dirty very quickly. By far one of the noisest hotels ive ever stayed at. kinda sketchy at times. All around not a pleasant experience. Dogs barking all night long.

When I check in I requested for downstairs since my mom’s legs are weak and we been going upstairs a lot on other properties that we stayed. The gentleman right away understood our need and gave us the closest room from the lobby and it’s downstairs. That was much appreciated!

Sometimes a lower price hotel can be missing some working features but this was fine

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of the room I was in. Excellent bed with refrigerator, microwave, TV, and other amenities to the room. Despite being right on the main interstate highway, did not hear the noise. The included breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall, a good value for the price.

Would not stay there again. Disappointed with the hotel brand. I thought the hotel has minimum cleaness as well as good price. However it was just affordable

The door handle just fell off when I first went to leave my room. The general manager seemed annoyed and short when I checked in. I said hello and acknowledged the staff more than they acknowledged me. The location felt sketchy too. Just an overall disappointing experience.

We arrived saturday night, nobody was at the desk. Had to ring the bell 3 times. Then a guy comes with the worst attitude to process our check-in. No elevator. Breakfast on Sunday from 6 to 9? No 10. Really? Is annoying. Breakfast is only carbs and coffee. No protein at all.

This hotel was old and run down. The chair in our room looked like it came off the street. It was so dirty and stained. The remote was so gross. It had food all over it and was sticky. I would not go back to this hotel.

Honestly I'd prefer to stay in a small place like this. The workers were very nice, understanding, and helpful. Also efficient and treated everyone the same. Walls are thin and it's a little behind the time on locks and could use a remodel. But I think it's family ran at best of there ability I assume affordability asell, considering the economy. But it's obviously kept up to it's best. I would choose to stay here over many other places we have stayed bcuz of the way the workers run it. It was me my daughter and 3yr old granddaughter. We agree best place yet.
