This is a good hotel in a great location, but it is really bad that in this day and age, the rooms do not have a safe. This is really poor.
Also, the staff in the restaurant and the bar really need to learn to smile. They all looked miserable

We had booked a room for two adults and a child for our son and family. However, on arrival there was no bed for our granddaughter and we had to make a request for the child’s bed, for which we charged extra.

We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour. We found the location to be excellent - in close proximity to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We were very happy with our stay.

Overall, an excellent hotel with friendly staff and great amenities. Alas, I ordered a room service meal from the all day list which was disgracefully bad. An alleged beef burger (to which even a McDonald's junk burger would have been preferable) served with lukewarm chips that tasted as if they had something on them (msg?). My wife had the pumpkin salad which was equally deplorable.
