I was here overnight during Hurricane Helene. The power only went out briefly. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely and updated.

The property itself was a nice place. However, the shower could be better and The sofa to sit on drops down a little bit. Other than that, it was very nice hotel. The breakfast is more of a snack.

There is a lovely walking trail and lake connected with this property. You can walk, jog or meditate. Also lovely outdoor options to meet, eat, or swim.

We stayed 3 nights on the start of the 3rd night we noticed house keeping hadnt been in. We had no clean towels, or wash clothes. There was a female accident and that morning we called the front office telling them what happened and what we needed to do. They said removed the sheets house keeping would be in. We got in late about midnight had to call front desk for sheets had to make the bed ourself ask for the bath towels, wash clothes AND toilet paper. They offered to move us to another room but we had too much stuff to pack and move just to be leaving at 7am.
Other than that issue we loved the hotel and staff the first two nights. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the pool, and absolutely love the lake and walk way. Was convenient with the surrounding restaurants, we utilized 2 out of 3 on one of the nights which was nice

The entire facility was clean. When entering my room the fragrance was lovely . The bed was linen fresh and clean . Very helpful staff and continental breakfast was tasty. Would stay again very comfortable surroundings .

Breakfast was slightly better than the standard usually offered in similar hotels but seating was at a shortage. Fruit was readily available for snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

There were no parking spaces available due to a few trucks with trailers taking up several spaces each. Before I could get into my room the fire alarm went off and then the elevator was not working. My room was on the 4th and it's an accessible room and I couldn’t climb 4 floors of stairs. I've had a very day traveling and was really looking forward to a good night rest. The door to the refrigerator would not close completely. Only solution offered was a free snack from the Suite Shop.

This property is in an excellent location, easy to access off of interstate. The employees are friendly and efficient. But, the rooms are in desperate need of an update. The carpets are black with neon yellow squiggly stripes. Looks like cheap carpet from a tacky arcade. Yes, I know that choice is to hide the dinginess and dirt, but it doesn't. The one upholstered chair was absolutely filthy. We did not even consider using that chair.
