The building was old, though the room was clean.

This is by far my favorite hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff here are so welcoming, professional and kind. I felt comfortable and safe here throughout my stay.

Location was good but the room was so dirty and old
We can’t even sleep well
Air conditioner was not working also
When we got there they couldnt find the reservation and we waited aslo

It was more than what I had expected and the cleaning lady was so sweet I wish I knew her name. It was a wonderful experience.

Very helpful and flexible staff and a quiet comfortable room made this a very pleasant place to stay on a brief business trip to Ankara.

Grand Ankara hôtel is very far from international standards, most employees don’t speak English, you will have to pay each time for meal or drinks( impossible to put on room and pay later) and restaurant is not really nice ( buffet).

Very comfortable room and the hotel serves a nice (if always the same) breakfast. Some facilities closed due to COVID unfortunately.

The room was very poor in towels, robes, soaps and very very bad air conditioning. Although the air conditioning was on but the room was very hot because the air conditioning was weak.
The room service was below expectations for a five star hotel.
The dinner and breakfast buffet did not meet a five star hotel standards and the staff was unfriendly.

-The air condition voice at my room was horrible!!
- At the breakfast I ordered a pancake for my child but they said: no !!
- I ordered lunch three times, tow of them came to me uncovered ..
- The room is wide and confortable ..

Terrible performance price levels, The hotel looks fancy but nothing was special about it.bad breakfast, smoking smell came in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Overall it was overrated

the first room they provided the floor was filled with broken glass, I ended up cutting my foot, and bleeding for more than 20 min.
the other issue was the air condition, I had to call and ask them to turn on the air condition everyday, because on normal mode was on fan.
the staff did not speak any English, very rude, and the breakfast buffet was horrible.
the floor in the second room was very dirty.
the windows were very dirty and dusty, as if they did not even were aware that the entire hotel walls were glass.

Clean hotel with good location, free parking, wifi, free pool and nice breakfast. The room was well designed (freely upgraded). Air conditioning was good but There was a simple water leak from it. The bed was really noisy. The staff was very kind and the pool was very clean. It is a little bit disturbing that staff is asking about your room number at everwhere, since you already have a room card to get in/out the pool and you already have a free parking ticket from reception.
In overall, it is a nice 5-star hotel but needs to be a little bit improved
