We reserved a 2 queen premier room with balcony.
When we walked into our room, it smelled like raw sewage and there were food wrappers, crumbs and dirty socks in the room.
We asked for a differebt room, but they didnt have anymore premier rooms with 2 queen beds.
We had to downgrade to a regular room with 2 queen beds.
They are allegedly giving me 30% off our stay. But being that i booked it in hotels.com, im mot sure how that will happen. I suppose ill kust have to keep and eye out for a refund from hotels.com.
Besides that, they were apologetic and acomidating in regards to switching the room.
I will add that they dis offer a kind suite with a hot ub, bu we needed a 2 queen bed room because we were with our children.

The accommodations were fine. It was the service that was lacking. The last night of our stay, our keys did not work. There was no one around to assist with the issue. After an exhaustive search and calling out to see if anyone was around we had to resort to calling the hotel to find someone.
First thekeys were obviously programmed for the wrong expiration date. Then to have no means of contacting service personnel was a big negative and very frustrating.

Both times ive stayed we've had a pet friendly room, so others may be different, but the bathrooms could get a small boost to match the level of the overall vibes, and the lack of a microwave was a bit disappointing too; but VERY clean, beautiful hotel for an incredibly good price compared to its loval competition.

Dirty Hotel. After we checked in we immediately noticed what we assumed to be a certain "bio-hazard" stain on the bed comforter. We left the room, saw the manager in the hallway and told her what we saw and would be requesting a refund. Got to the desk and was told by the manger she checked us out but we would have to get our refund through Hotels.com. I reached out to Hotels.com for a refund, they had to call the Rocklin Park Hotel to confirm what happened, and now they are disputing the refund claim. So I guess this review with photos cost me $150.

The host was very helpful in getting us a free room upgrade which was very nice and getting us drinking water which she did not need to do.
The floors seemed to need to be cleaned as they were sticky to walk on.
There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower which made an less than desirable shower experience.
