My wife and I stayed here for 1 night as we needed a cheap overnight stay in the area. This is a mid level basic family holiday hotel which caters for a lot of people at once - so there are certain draw backs like noise, number of people, mass catering etc. Its not on par with the bigger/better hotels on the beach but has a good location and served us well. Room was massive. Shower good. Finishings a bit sterile. Not as comfortbale as we'd have liked

Parking was expensive but valet service was very good. Check in was quick and receptionist was attentive and helpful. Breakfast included with our stay included a variety of dishes and the service was great.

Love this hotel. Great location on beach and close to South Beach. Awesome breakfast and pool area. Resort fee was well worth it as they provide lounge chairs and umbrellas and beach towels on beach just a 1 minute walk from the back of the hotel. Absolutely stay here when in Miami

The hotel for the price was nice enough but I think we were given the worst view in Miami Beach, we were told this was the only room in the hotel with no view and we got it . We paid for an executive room with a city view and this is what we got!!

Services like charging things to the room hard to do. There was no phone at the valet desk so you couldn’t call down and request your car from the room. Staff was friendly, doing the best they could to be helpful

It was amazing. The only problem was that they did not have extra beds at the beach so we had to wait for people to leave so that we can get beds. Some people got tired and bought their own beach chairs and umbrellas 😂

Great friendly hotel. Best beach in Miami Beach. Blue waters, nice rock area for snorkeling, full of different types of fish. Breakfast and diner, like all the riu hotels, fresh, tasty on Buffett style.
Bartenders are very professional and drinks are well pour.
Pool and rooms are clean and spacious.

Corridors to the rooms were dirty and the room was dated. The service was generally good but unfortunately the hotel is in dire need of some investment. The pool area was also tired and could be made a lot better. Also unable to use cash at the property. Only card or charged to the room. Not greet if you want to keep tabs on expenditure.
