In the restaurant Las Brisas , for breakfast, lunch and dinner , is dirty because is full o birds and is poop in the chairs floor, I think this is terrible, every morning we need to check the chairs before set, is very sorry, because everything in the hotel was very not

We arrived at the hotel and spent 40 minutes to check in, something unpresentable and unprofessional. There was only one employee at the ffront desk checking in and another 5 checking out. According to the person who registered us, he gave as an excuse that there was a convention. Obviously none of that matters to me because the hotel is not paid for by any convention, I pay for it. All the people who wanted to register complained at the front desk. In any case, an employee cannot waste 20 minutes or more with each person who must register. Every year I visit this hotel and every time I see it more deteriorated, they are going to have to work hard to get it up. A pity because it is the most important hotel in Punta del Este.

Breakfast seems more from a 2 star hotel . Pool restaurant close Valet parking not offer . Restaurant service/ price terrible . I had stay here when it was a Conrad Hotel many years ago . Hopefully don’t need to come back for the next 10 . Now looks like a 2 star hotel that needs an upgrade .

The hotel rooms are very outdated, Old carpet and lots of humility in the room.. Bathtub dirty and old.. Breakfast was very disappointing... The only good part was the casino on premises and the beach across the street with chairs and umbrella service included.. The staff was also friendly but the hotel needs a overall makeover..

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. We booked 3 standard rooms and all were in very poor condition, old, stained sheets, and bathroom in very poor condition. The rooms smelled like sewage and we ended up having to pay extra to upgrade because the hotel offered no remedy to the smell unless we paid to upgrade. Even after upgrading, the showers flooded - I guess there are drainage issues in the hotel overall. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Centrally located. Big rooms, great restaurants and beautiful views. Perfect for families.

La Brisas restaurant , they charge me for tomato sauce like a meal, plus the steak was not cooked properly After the booking I ask from the web page the breakfast time and never get an answer.Plus there is no telephone number on the web page.
