Quick stay, hotel was clean. Unfortunately there was an accident in the pool, so it was closed. Wish they would have shared this at check in. The lobby area was a great space to hang out. The lighting could be better. Staff friendly and hotel was clean.

The Maple Grove Hampton Inn is just the right half way as we go North to the cabin from Iowa! Excellent stay

There were hockey teams at the hotel during our stay. It was very loud and the staff seemed very distracted by that. There were kids running up and down the halls. It was not ideal for our night away from our own kids.

The rooms are very nice and clean. They have a little grocery are with fun food and drinks. It is a perfect location too.

I liked the fact that the property is close to Arbor Lakes shopping & restaurants, there’s plenty of parking and free ev charging But I had a long stay , around 10 days…and housekeeping failed to refill my coffee supplies or top off the shower shampoo/ conditioner supplies I had to leave a note to ask for my rights as I paid a lot for the room , and sometimes I actually had to seek them out in the hallway to beg for supplies … seemed they were stingy or or not thorough when cleaning the rooms Also, I paid extra to pay at checkout, but was surprised by my credit card company that they made a large charge to my account without my approval, which I had to question at the front desk and was told they were just checking that I have enough funds to cover the bill ! Wow , that was extremely insulting and such a covert sneaky move … I will never stay there again

I was rudely informed that they had a leak or something, she was very nonspecific. When I went to check out they never said a word to me. I understand that things happen. I also think there is a way to handle it when things happen. A little customer service goes a long way. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

We were there two days . We had to call to get fresh towels, Kleenex , toilet paper…… we had no room service.

For a quick business stay, the ability to check in and out with my phone as my room key made the experience quick and painless.

Our check-in host was so very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name, but she was exceptionally great. All the staff that we encountered were pleasant. Our room seemed newly updated and clean. They are definitely in the process of remodeling. We had a great night sleep and the shower was nice. We would stay there again next time we are in the cities.

Hotel was under construction and very dusty. Our room had ants and tv, fridges were unplugged so we had to move furniture to plug back in.

Stay was good. They are doing remodel work to 2nd floor. went to pool and hot tub however there were dead cockroaches and ants walking around area by hot-tub.
