Staff, location and facilities are great, my only complaint though is the food: pretty average, terrible if you consider the prices they charge for it, other than that great stay.

The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture and elegance, my room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.
Service at Llao Llao is exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
Speaking of dining, the culinary offerings at Llao Llao are exceptional. Each meal was a delight.
I will definitely recommend to all my friends this hotel and will repeat for sure in the future.

We attended the llao llao tea, the room is perfect with breathing view. Our only observation is that there are too many sweets in the buffet and ver few salty options.

First night in a non modernized room was disappointing, poor hot water, very dated room. However, upon being moved to a new renovated room, it was perfect! So, request an updated room and your stay will be wonderful

The only thing I would change is the addition of a water kettle and/our a coffee maker in the room. For early risers it is impossible to get coffee until the restaurant opens for breakfast

Excellent experience, beautifull scneries around the hotel, the hotel itself is beautiful and being on it makes you be a part of the history of the hotel.
Service overall is great, good food and drinks, the golf course is beautiful and with big scenic holes, the only limitations is that there are not that many electric golf carts and is not an easy golf cours to walk without a caddie.
The pool and spa are on the right temperature depending if you are inside or outside
