Just visiting mountains

Friendly customer service at check in. Rooms have been freshened up with a new coat of paint and furniture since our last stay in July 2024.

It's our first time at this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok with enough options like eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, breads, muffins, cereals, coffee, etc. Did not like the orange juice. But the apple juice was good. My husband liked the cranberry juice. The hotel had a gym area and pool but we didn't use either. We noticed that the elevator had broken floor tiles. Our room 311 was close to the elevator. Facing the front parking which I asked for. The room was ok. It had some "cons" - noticed some mold in the bathroom shower, and behind sink faucet; couple of towels were stained. The iron leaked water. We could work with was what available so we didn't ask mgt for anything extra. Pros- the rest of room seemed clean; major positive was that the beds were awesome! Beds & pillows were so comfortable. Slept much better in this hotel than the previous hotel we stayed during this trip.

The room was comfortable and served our needs. There was a Keurig coffee pot, which was a nice touch. The front desk was wonderful. We needed to check out a day early, and Jennifer and Colleen were extremely helpful. This is a great place to stay!

We had a really nice room. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast each morning.

I had a very two night stay. The room was very clean and it smelled clean and the staff extremely nice and friendly. The coffee was good and so was breakfast. The staff did a great job, keeping the food, hot fresh and clean and we’re very friendly.

The choice system was down so checking in was a lengthy and untimely process.

They were remodeling so there was not a lot of parking. We had to use two didn’t platforms to reserve a two night stay and they were great about making sure we were in the same room

Excellent place, very clean and well maintained I’m glad I chose this location for our trip. The hot breakfast was amazing too. I could come back.

We found ourselves here for a full 8 days as our trip was both business and leisure. The staff did an amazing job of helping us out and making us feel so at home. Will be back again. Thanks Colleen and staff

We came in late in the night & the front desk clerk was friendly. He directed us to our room and the King Suite was clean & roomy and the jacuzzi tub was fabulous after a 6 hour drive through the stressful roadway of travels and rainy weather. Dahlonega is beautiful!

For the main tv for breakfast keep the channel on hgtv, food network or weather channel. E everyone does not watch the news channel.

Everybody working there is absolutly stunning! Lee, Heather and Colleen at the frontdesk make you feel like home. They are very helpfull and nice and give you awsome advice on where to eat and go for fun. Heather and Mary-Katharne makes awsome breakfast and are really helpfull. Our room were cleaned everyday. The kids loved the pool. The area is very safe, quiet and calm. If we have to say something bad the bed could be a little bit softer. We liked it so much so we decieded to extend our stay.
