Conveniently located. 5 mins walk from the station if you know the shortcut. Otherwise it takes quite a while to get to the hotel. Nice lobby. Spacious room.

冷氣設備應是中央空調控制，溫度完全不會下降，房內空氣非常不流通，走廊的空氣都比房間新鮮！更慘的是服務人員英文極差，不會日文的很難溝通成功。本次入住經驗極差，前台人員的應變能力更差，毫無處理問題的能力。為了處理房間問題，破壞了度假的心情與旅程。
The front desk team are very poor at English. It’s the most terrible experience in japan I never have.

great location, just minutes away from Sendai JR. hotel felt new and clean, and very decently sized for japan standards. a little hiccup at reception as staff wasn't very strong in English, but we managed to get it sorted out. highly recommended if one is in Sendai.
