Loved this hotel! We didn't want to stay downtown so opted for Crystal Inn & Suites. We were not disappointed. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly also. We would go back here again!

It was vey nice to stay here. The personal is very kind and friendly. The breakfast is awesome, it has many options for the whole family. The pool was very nice too.

Friendly service. We used the shuttle to and from the airport which was convenient. Comfortable, clean room. The hot water took a while, but eventually got warm. The sink was slow to drain.

All amenities were in order. Hot breakfast was served on real plates with silverware, with nice variety. Staff friendly and helpful. AC worked great. all was clean an neat in building and rooms. Housekeeping made our beds for our extended stay.

We love staying here, it is our go to when we visit SLC. It is convenient for the airport, the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. What more could you need.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Crystal Inn and would be up for staying there again. The hotel was in a quieter part of town, right ofd a lovely tree lined avenue which was nice because it was a bit removed from the party scene (we were in town for a concert). The hotel offered quick access to the highway which was nice, and allowed us to easily get around over the weekend. Overall the hotel was clean and well kept but could stand for a good airing out, there was a bit of a musty odor in our room. The bed was super comfy! Probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in! The linens and pillows were clean and nice. The bathroom was a bit cramped but it was clean and came stalked with classic amenities (nothing fancy, but okay for travel). The towels were a bit scratchy and unpleasant to use. The room came with a high-def TV will a bunch of apps preloaded unto it which was nice for relaxing, but the hotel does not pay for the apps themselves so you have to use your own accounts which is a bit of a bummer. The breakfast buffet was surprsingly good! Usually hotel eggs are not great, but Crystal Inn did a good job. There was a wide variety of items to pick from and plenty to eat.

Had to wait a while for check in because we came in late, but nice that staff was on site 24hrs to accomidate. Kids had breakfast in the morning then went swimming. Pool was well kept. Loved the late check out at noon.

The room smelled terrible. We only stayed in it for one night and the smell was unbearable. We were not given another room and were not offered a discount.

It is at a dead end street with a turn about which makes it very quiet and nice very little traffic, Airport Shuttle service doesn’t start until 7 am but for early morning flight they give you a complementary Uber. Room was very nice, bed extra nice. But the TV’s sound was very bad. You turn it up all the way and can barely hear it. Good location. Indoor pool, weight room, nice breakfast area, we left too early to use. But great thing is down the street is a IHOP, but across the street is a Cracker Barrel.

Excellent room with a great view

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a double queen side room and it had a sitting area. We also were on the first floor which was very nice, never have been able to be on the first floor. Will come back to this property.
