I spoke with Ashley, a manager in training, and told her how disappointed I was with our experience. She told me she was going to forward my issues (which were all communicated via text to Nabeel, Khaoula, and Chris throughout or stay) to the appropriate team member. As of this writing, I have heard from no one. To summarize our issues, the television in the bedroom did not work upon arrival, a number of our bathroom towels were dirty (makeup on the towel), the sofa bed mattress was worn out and thus made for a very uncomfortable two nights of sleep, and the HVAC system was not working properly. A very professional and kind engineer came to try and fix the HVAC Friday night, and to his credit, it worked better for about an hour or so. By the time it was lights out, it was not working properly again. I have stayed in Hilton properties many, many times. This was my worst experience. I told Ashley I was expecting Hilton to give me at least two nights credits because of my experience.

Dated, dirty and/or dilapidated...bathroom is heinous. Bath drain needs draining, standing in ankle high water from other people's dirt, towel rack broken/pulled from wall, toilet paper not shown as prepped for guests, dust and old grime on baseboards, toilet needs maintenance, constantly running, shower curtain needs to be wider, dowsnt cover entirety of tub, so water is spraying out from whatever end is exposed, water damage/staining and cracking in ceiling/walls. Carpet stained in various places. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Both treadmills not working in fitness center. Desk staff was wonderful, but had to witness ornery guests late at night. Suggest raising price point for a more discerning traveler versus a spirit airlines ilk. Chose this hotel due to over 9 rating on hotels.com and room specifically had five star...definitely must be paid reviews.

The front desk staff that checked us in was not very welcoming. Asked for my driver’s license and credit card. Handed us the room key and that was it. No details about the reservation, checkout time, breakfast, elevators, or room location. No welcome at all really.

A+ 5 star hotel. Highly recommended. Will stay again in the near future. I would give 15 Stars if I could!!!
