During my recent stay in Antigua, I found the staff at Hot Chipilin to be exceptional. They were friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a welcome respite from the day’s activities. I would like to thank the staff for making my vacation such a pleasant one.

The listing is misleading. We booked a “standard” room and when we got there we were told we needed to share a bathroom (that is not “standard” when it comes to hotels), and the room was in a windowless basement. It was also dirty and smelly. . We could only be there long enough to book some place else. The lady at the front desk was unhelpful and did not even bat an eye when we informed we were leaving due to the poor conditions and it not being what we thought given their listing.
Made us lose our money and spend twice for the same stay. Not recommended.

Great location. The room was quiet and the bed was good. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very friendly. The wifi was good. A very nice inner courtyard. Very good value.

This is a fantastic place to stay convenient to everything in Antigua. The only update would be to set quiet times as the common areas are small and it will be nice to have breakfast without having someone blasting their cell phone.

Great location, Great customer service, very small room. No ventilation, humidity around 80%, not too bad but not too good. Breakfast was very good.

This is the first time I ever stayed at a hostel and o was pleasantly surprised. Our room was down these metal stairs which was weird but awesome and private at the same time.
