It was absolutely horrifying experience!!! It wasn't very dirty and outdated! I tried to talk to front desk Clark and show him photos that I took,but he didn't want to listen,noir look at those photos, instead he said," anything else"...if not than Good buy! If could get very sick,if you decide to stay longer/dusty carpet,sticky table& furnitures, night stands/spots all over,just nasty!

If you want to stay in a SLUM, this is your answer. Ground in dirt along most surfaces. Wrinkled curtains covered what appeared to be black mold and dirt along window sill and side. Rug marred by eaten away holes and stains. Wallpaper peeling in places and marred by stains. Only track left where a sliding closet door once had been. Dirty walls. Found what appeared to be a dead intestinal worm wrapped up in a folded towel. The smell more appropriately could be called a stench. I stayed as I was way to tired to be behind the wheel of a car. I have pictures. Hotel does NOT offer breakfast as advertised though I never would eat there Clerk unconcerned about condition. I emailed management and asked for refund due to hazardous health condition of property. This listing should be removed from hotel list. The Illinois Health Department should not allow the property to be available until property is cleaned and repaired. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The first thing that hit us was the smell of cigarette smoke. It was so bad in the main reception and in the room itself. I felt like I needed to check for bed bugs during the night. Nothing to hang the towels on. They were on the back of the toilet. Random glass of water left on the heater.

The front desk woman was very kind. However the room was really dirty and multiple times were broken including the sink

The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but the hotel itself was fine. I didn't stay long, I just needed a place to sleep overnight and go back to the airport. It was perfectly adequate for that purpose.

It smelled like tabacco, the sheets were dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting

I rented two rooms. They were dirty. My sister found a handful of human hair in her room. The tubs and blankets in both rooms had cigarette burns. The sinks had stains, and the faucet was dirty and old. When we arrived on Friday, we asked the attendant if we could leave our luggage in storage when checking out on Sunday because we had a late flight. He said yes, then tried to charge us five dollars for each piece of luggage on Sunday. When I asked why he did not tell us there was a charge when I asked about storage, he lied and said he told me it was $20.00 on Friday. I asked him how he knew how many pieces of luggage I was going to store when I enquired on Friday, and he got angry and started shouting. I took my luggage with me. lastly, there was no breakfast, all they had was two dirty kettles with hot water and two containers of cereal, without any milk. Worst place I ever stayed in years of traveling.

Room service was not restored on August 24, 2024. When clean towels were demanded, they were not delivered to the room ( Room p# 228 ). Wash basin was also getting chocked up most of the time. Can we request a refund as we were unhappy with the stay and hotel service? Thanks, Ranjit Chandawale

Not clean at all. Should not be an Expedia hotel. Only good thing was it is close to the airport but it is more like an hourly hotel than anything I would trust Expedia to represent.

Wasn’t the greatest stay but it’s a cheap price and convenient location for surrounding things near by. So you get what you pay for very affordable.

I chose this hotel as it said a shuttle service to the airport, but I was told they discontinued after checkin. The hotel smelled bad probably because of old carpets everywhere. The sofa in the room had peeled off more than 50%, we couldn't even sit... The staff was nice, but we won't go back again unfortunately.

The room was not ventilated, it smelled like smoke. The Ladies at the desk were very kindly and helpful.

Property is very old. No extra towels or sheets at reception. Rom was not cleaned. Tub faucet dripped. Sink was slow to drain. NO real coffee. Continental breakfast should have real coffee, danish or donuts at the least. Only thing available was instant coffee and cold cereal where guest had to get the milk out of the fridge themselves. No creamer.

Found a pill of some sort in my room on the floor also the folks next door were hollering and fighting. Not so peaceful!
