The room smelt musty and was unbearable warm even with the window open and heat off. There were also silver fish bugs in yhe bathroom. When I told the front desk all this this dhe simply acknowledged all of these complaints as normal isdues for them and offer no apologize or discount.

Older property but very well-kept, clean, with great facilities, and great service. Also has a fantastic location close to everything you'd want to explore in Victoria.

Very nice hotel very well upkeep. Room was very nice suite with a full kitchen . Very quiet place A very nice indoor swimming pool nice and warm and hot tub . Only disappointment was the restaurant was closed. But other restaurants and shops are very nearby.

Great stay as usual. Clean rooms, clean pool. Very nice that they have not only garbage bins in the room but also bins for recycling and compost!

A great getaway with 2 kids! They really enjoyed the,pool, whirlpool, games room, whirlpool and large suite where we could cook breakfast. Perfect!

Great location and we got a great price. It was just a single night but great access to downtown so we could get a nice stroll and a little bit of shopping.

I asked about the pool and they said that they informed everyone that the pool was closed for maintenance. But since I booked through a second party Hotels.com i wasn't notified. Thanks Hotels.com for not informing me that the pool was closed for annual maintenance. They do maintenance the same week every year. I got their direct line for when I book again instead of a second party. Plus it would have been cheaper. Also talked to the landscapers. His truck kind of blocked my exit and was more than happy to move it out of the way. But instead I asked him where's good a good place for breakfast and he pointed out a place within walking distance. His truck was moved by the time I got back. His name was Hayden, really nice guy and very professional.

This is my third visit. The hotel is dated, but was high end in it's day and is VERY well kept up. Best value proposition in the Victoria Harbor area. Very walkable to everything.

We enjoyed our stay here as rhe room was comfortable and the hotel was very easy to get to. Coming from a stay in Vancouver, the hotel is abit more dated than our other hotel but felt homely.

All nice. Room was very hot so kept windows open but don’t open far. Mattress extremely soft.
