Overall, a pretty dirty hotel. Elevator needed cleaning inside and the handprints all over the metal elevator doors really could have been polished off. In the room there were little white specks all over the floor that needed to be swept. There were stains on some of the fixtures. The sink was cracked and bonded back together with some off-color bonding. The iron had two holes at its base, so when I didn't see the holes, filled the iron with water, and went to use it, the water came pouring out all over the place and I could not get any steam. The lights, both overhead and lamps, were all bright fluorescent (or LED) white lighting so there was zero atmosphere. It was lit like a bus station restroom. One of the lamp shades by the bed was so crooked it looked like it was nearly off. (That last thing is pretty minor, I admit.) I can count on one hand the number of hotels that I have been a little squeamish about sleeping on the bed. Add this one to the list. I only encountered one staff: the front desk person. I had to wait about seven or eight minutes before she showed up. She was friendly enough. This is the first time I have ever reviewed a hotel online. That should tell you that I felt strongly enough about this one to actually write this.

Arrived and was told that they had been sold out for over 2 weeks. I don't know why Hotel.com let me book and prepay but fortunately my money was refunded. I arrived late after working 3 hours away from home and just wanted to shower and sleep, instead I had to drive home.

we arrived and was promptly told that they had no more rooms and that our reservation didn’t matter. we drove 4 hours to this hotel for an early morning surgery. we were left scrambling to find a place and didn’t find one until almost midnight and it put us hours away from the hospital that the surgery was scheduled in. The staff was just like oh well. nothing we can do. They have over sold us. But yet the entire time we were looking the hotel kept coming in search as having rooms available.

The room had multiple holes in the wall that were patched with mud, never painted over & looked terrible. The lobby was filthy with debris everywhere on the carpet. Got 1 small circle of soap for the two of us in our room. Our toilet didn’t flush. Oh and I saw 3 bugs in the bathroom. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I’m so furious I wasted money on this place.

Sticky floor and stinging

No one at front desk on arrival. Front desk, elevators, corridors were dirty. There was mold in my bathroom. Problem getting tv in room to work. Staff made effort to be accomodating after complaints

Very old, raggedy, and outdated. Bathroom vanity was missing a drawer. Bathroom door was broken luke someone had kicked it. Whole hotel needs remodeling.

Natalia, at the front, kept telling us it would be several hours for a comforter and blankets. The room, as advertised. Was supposed to have a pullout couch for my daughter. Not only was it a regular couch, there were no linens for her. I called at 5 was told it would be hours, then again around 7:45. We gave up. Never got any linens. She also kept he on hold for 15 minutes when I called to try to get connected to my room citing “busy with guests” however I could clearly see the phone just off the hook while she was alone. I was in the parking lot. The service was otherworldly in that I’ve never experienced such hostile staff at any stay. And the hotel is filthy. Walking through three is trash and debris in the hallways. What looks like a prison yard in the back. Very unhappy. Thank god it’s only one night.

We stayed here because it was close to family members and not knowing the area thought it looked like a good choice. The room had a fridge that did not work, hot plate, microwave, mini kitchenette but no cutlery, pots, dishes, etc. as you have to ask for them because of sanitary conditions, no mention of this at check-in but these were thankfully not required. Someone had tidied the room and changed the linen and towels and the bathroom and kitchen had also been cleaned to a point but the room had an old carpet in the living space and it was burnt and had not seen a vacuum in awhile, there were crumbs on the coffee table and desk. There were no light bulbs in a couple of the lamps. It appears that some people may live there on a temporary basis and also a hub for construction workers as well. Nothing really around this area as mostly a commercial area but a good restaurant around the corner "Owen O'Learys" food was good and priced reasonably. Breakfast was coffee, tea or coco, granola bars, oatmeal and muffins. Ran out of everything by 8:15 and it was to be available until 9:00. The receptionist was cheery and pleasant. Okay stay for a night!

The bathroom was clean and when we asked for fresh towels they were provided. The fridge worked great. The wifi worked well for what was needed. Cons (please note I didn't notify the staff of these issues as they weren't deal breakers and once we find out, we were already settled in our room) The microwave did not work. you do have to request kitchen items there was an outlet that was not functional, which did make one lamp not work. They advertised outdoor cooking options, but there were none. They also advertised a business room, which I was informed was closed. The laundry is reasonably priced in comparison to the surrounding area, but there is no seating in the laundry room to keep watch over your items. I would probably stay here again, as the price was pretty ok.

The plumbing in the bathroom was terrible!!! The tub would not drain while we showered! The sink would not drain at all. I guess because the toilet flushed we should have been happy. THE ROOM #323 should not be allowed to be rented unless plumbing is repaired.
