Decor was somewhat dated, but the shower and appliances in our room appeared very new. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grab and go breakfast included many items like cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and pastries.

I understand the cost of the room most likely has to do with being around Acadia (room was $300), but personally..my room was not at all worth it. I go to the smoky mountains a lot, and have stayed in brand new hotel rooms for $300. So that blew my mind. The door to my room looked like a crowbar had busted it open. The bathroom was outdated, and gross. The room itself was an average room you’d expect from an inn. After sleeping in my car the night before, and hiking all day that day..I was looking forward to checking in, and taking a hot shower. I start the shower, and as I’m showering I notice the drains clogged. Kept showering anyways cause I needed a shower. So just in general spending $300 for that experience wasn’t thrilled about. Pricing should honestly be $200 MAX. I will say staff was friendly though and the overall place is just an average inn. Maybe I just had a bad room. Who knows. I brought it to their attention, they apologized, and that was that. Nothing against the people working, again..they were nice but yeah

Clean but this is a few frills establishment. The bathtub was clean but had two different colors of glaze. Clearly old and needed updating and caulking. The front door locked and opened into the hallway but the sliding glass back door, which opened into a parking area, had a broken lock and just a board that fit the track. A little disconcerting. The room was clean and quite spacious and the back door for loading and unloading the car was convenient.

Didn't like the broken toilet handle or the staff smoking beside our sliding door. Very convenient location to Acadia, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was decently clean.

There was no decaf coffee available for breakfast. There was a good assortment of items available for breakfast on the morning, but a negative was the lack of available table/chairs to sit at to eat breakfast. Also, the locking handle on the sliding glass door was missing a screw that fastened it to the door. Also, door to the room had to be shut hard to make sure that it locked.

Older hotel converted over to modern facility/amenities. Huge pool, no hot tub. Would be better if there was a breakfast buffet with hot waffles/pancakes. There was a toaster for bread-type products. But surprising number of things available.

Very clean. Room was renovated and very nice. The Evening desk clerk was very helpful and friendly with lots of good suggestions on places to eat and hiking trails.
