A night for work

My stay was good except my credit card being charged 4 times for the incidental fee, and im still waiting 3 days later to get mymoney back. Not very honest in my opion ive stayed here every 3 months for the past 5 years this is not the first time this has happened

The front desk staff is excellent . Do not expect to get clean towels if you ask —- they only want to service room when guest leaves — a way to be green ? No a way to save money . The hotel felt safe . The location is good and my 3rd floor room was very quiet. The “grab and go breakfast is granola bars, yogurt, and terrible coffee. So basically you’re just getting a location nice front desk, staff, and a moderately clean room.

Staff was excellent. I gave this an extra star on condition, given their somewhat limited access to resources. That being said it was in average condition. Room was very small and cramped. Breakfast (grab and go) was basically a breakfast bar. Alaska of course is noted for their higher prices but this really really pushes the envelope of value for the money

There is a shuttle to both the ferry and the airport. Downtown is an easy bus ride away, about a 1/2 hour away. We also took the bus to see the Mendenhall Glacier, but the bus stop was about 1.5 miles away, easy walk. Hotel is nice, Mc D is next door with an awesome Restarant named Donna’s about a 10 minute walk away. Hotel has a continental breakfast, but no hot food.

Average, nice freezer for us fishing people, way to expensive for what you get

Overall had a nice stay. The only major gripe is housekeeping threw away my medications while I was out, also went through a couple plastic bags I had sitting around the desk. I don't know why they would rummage through my things and throw away my medications, I had to dumpster dive to recover them. At least the front desk helped with that effort.

We were grateful for this property in Juneau. Super 8 sends a shuttle to the airport to pick you up and their staff is kind and helpful.

Shuttles to the ferry and to/from the airport were available. Hotel was close to a bus stop and several restaurants. Downtown Juneau was a 15 minute bus ride for $2. Enjoyed our stay over 4 days.

Staff was friendly and helpful but price is nit reflective of overall quality of stay. Hotel is showing a lot of wear and tear in the public areas and rooms. Sink and shower drains incredibly slowly, TV with loose cabling/connection, etc. nothing major but also the price is more a reflection of local demand in the summer than the quality of stay here.

Staff were super friendly, professional and helpful, they held on to our bags until we were able to check in and provide information around the area. Convenient location, could walk from the airport, and found out they offer a free shuttle service to the airport. Hotel far from downtown but within a 5 minute walk to many stores, restaurants and bus stop. Wish it had more outdoor space, a pool/jacuzzi. Found it to be overpriced for basic hotel. Overall, I would recommend.

Room didn’t have a thermostat that I could see and was too warm for sleeping. Had to open the window which let in all the nearby airport noise. Bed was was comfortable.
