If I could give a zero, I most definitely would. I lady who was rude as hell, griping to us that was just her so there’d be no towels( I requested only enough for 4 adults as my reservation stated. Counter was dirty, so was floor and shower in our room. Foul odor in halls and room like fresh unventilated paint. One of people in our party’s eyes burnt entire time. Worst experience of my life. Oh, and every soda machine was not working and stole your 3.75 and we were told there’s nothing they could do about it.

Good place to stay if you’re coming through Burlington. A typical Extended Stay America hotel. My room was clean, the hotel itself is pretty quiet even though it’s located near lots of shopping. The staff was nice, though there was confusion about only being able to exchange your towels M-F 10-3. Grab & go breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee) was sufficient. I’d stay again.

We booked in order to visit Salem and the drive wasn't bad. It was reasonably priced and minus strange hallway smells (maybe residents cooking? I got the idea some people live here long term) everything was fine. I liked having a fridge and freezer and the beds were comfortable. No major complaints at all.

The hotel staff were very nice. The hallways smelled terrible. The room was OK. The room itself was pretty clean, but the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I’m gonna give it a solid three stars cause it was cheap and it’s a great location.

After traveling all day we went to check in at 10 pm and the person at the desk had nothing more to say than 'we don't have a room for you'. No apologies, no effort. You sold our reservation. It was after 1 am before we found another hotel to accomodate us. I'm not sure how that can happen, but it's wrong. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

The staff is great and love how it’s close to many options for food and shopping.

The staff were friendly but the room I stayed in smelled heavily of cat pee, didn't feel clean, and the fridge was broken so the food I brought had to all be thrown away. Very disappointed.

Some even moving around in the daytime, so you know it's bad. * The hallways and common areas reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it notionally being non-smoking. The room was not as bad as the hallways, but even now that I've left my clothing all smells like smoke * Staff did not respond to my maintenance request about a broken TV remote * The website and a card in the room both said that you can call to have dishes delivered. When I called, they made me come down to the desk to request in person and generally acted like this was some strange favor I was demanding and not an advertised service. I'm not surprised that not many people request the dishes, as they were not particularly clean, in keeping with the rest of the place.

Shower rod was broken and hanging low. The second room was dirty, had to switch to another room. The property is rundown and not well maintained

All was fine: convenient and clean. My only surprise came when I first entered the room --the heat was going full tilt, in excess of 80 degrees. I soon corrected this. Certainly not management's fault; likely the actions of the previous occupant. Other than this extremely minor (and quickly fixed) inconvenience, my stay was just fine. Thank you!

The kids had to sleep on a pill out couch instead of a bed. Then we get to the room and it was DISGUSTING! It smelled musty, stains on the sheets, spiders on the sheets, and what looked like little black spots. The toilet was filthy and empty water bottles in random cupboards. The floor had dried spots all over it! The microwave was nasty inside!

The supposed breakfast was: instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, burry muffins and a single thermos of coffee The tub in the bathroom had a sticky control between shower and bath - hard to manipulate The towels in the bathroom were small The left hand drawer in the bureau was stuck so I could not open it There are no kitchen utensils, not even a coffee maker when first checked in When I asked for a coffee maker, the one I got was broken One of the two elevators was broken and when I first reported it to the clerk, they denied it The fitted sheet on the bed does not fit - it came off The refrigerator is noisier than most

For an extended stay with a kitchenette, there was no kitchenware supplied. Not even a coffee maker. I asked for the coffee maker. It was broken. Towels were skimpy. Elevator out of service.
