The offer that the hotel provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not fulfilled; the shuttle never showed up in 2 hours. I complained at the front desk, and no one responded. For the price paid, I believe there are better alternatives. On the other hand, the staff at the restaurants provided excellent service; they were friendly and attentive. Overall, I would not choose this hotel for future trips to Bogotá.

This hotel is supposedly 4 stars, it doesn’t have a fridge in the room. The exhaust fan at the bathroom didn’t work, no coffee maker, no coffee capsules in the room

We stayed for one night, there was water outrage and We couldn't take a shower and brushed our teeth. Also, we waited 30 minutes just to check in. The didn't have enough personal.

We both were on crutches and arrived after a later flight from Santa Marta. The staff were exceptionally friendly and assisted us greatly as we tried to maneuver our suitcases while walking on crutches.

Very convenient for an overnight and connecting flight the next day at the airport. Liked that breakfast was included for us. Lots of variety in the buffet.
