Bed in suite was dilapidated sheets were stained brown underneath and top layer was dingy. No one was working the front desk. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come.

Nice hotel for a good price. We had a suite and it was well done. Not fancy but nice and quiet.

Room was very clean and new. Only downside was the bathroom is a bit small, but for a short stay, that was no problem. Price was very good. Breakfast was good.

I know that this was an older property, but everything was very clean and people were so nice. The check in process was great and the bed was comfy. So happy to have a great stay for an affordable price.

Mattress’s were a little worn and probably needed to be replaced however (it did look like they were working on renovations) otherwise was a nice room. Shower was good, very quiet room. Pool was very nice even though we didn’t swim. Very close to Ball State Campus. Good room for the price, deposit a bit high at $100 but was told that upfront when I booked it so not unexpected.

This is our go-to place to stay in Muncie. Service is always great, but hotel condition is starting to suffer. Although we didn't use the pool, it was only open for a few days at the start of our stay. It was closed for most of our stay which would have been very frustrating for families with children that were hoping to swim. Fresh towels were placed in our room each day, but the bedding was only replaced once during our two-week stay. The breakfast is good, but a little variety would have been nice. Overall, it's a safe, quiet location and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
