Property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. Drawbacks: difficult to get into the property and parking is pretty tight.

Upon arrival, there was a pickup truck across the entrance, with old countertops on the sidewalk. Construction was underway inside, including at the check-in desk. Hot tub was out of order. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room had stir sticks on the floor. Black out shade only covers 1/3 of the window, so was quite bright in the room at night due to external lighting.

No cleaners ever seen on property for 4 days we stayed. We asked garbage to be emptied since we had food containers and they said it would be done but it wasn’t. Also property needs a complete remodel. Room repaint was poorly done with wall paint marks all o er ceiling. Front desk staff was good and I don’t fault them. Breakfast area staff attentive to that area as well. Just not enough employees for this property.

Libby posts "fresh baked cookies from 1-9p.m.". No cookies available . .desk person said they were busy. Maybe later Never produced them. Should take the sign down if not willing to make them. Little issue but effort shows that customer really isn't important since we even asked for them.

We checked in and went to the room and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. In addition, the entire room was filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned.

Needs updates

Hotel was ok for a one night stay, we would choose somewhere else if we needed more nights. The breakfast was ok, we have had better but we have also had worse. Staff was friendly when we checked in.

Fairly quiet and very nice restaurant right next door. I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites and usually very nice. This one seemed run down. The bed was clean and comfortable. The main issue was the condition of the bathroom. The sink was clogged so drained very slow; there was a bad leak in the toilet tank, so it made a flushing sound every 2-3 minutes; and there was mold on the shower surround. We did complain to the desk staff with the hopes that these would be fixed. I'm guessing our complaint didn't get passed on because nothing was fixed. Oh yes, I think someone attempted to clean the shower?? Mold was still there though so I'm guessing the cleaner just rinsed out the bathtub and then left all of our towels on the floor which had been hanging on the shower rod to dry. Not impressed and will never stay there again of course nor would I recommend it to someone else.
