Pool still not in service. Room wasn’t stocked with enough towels, toilet paper for family of 5. The breakfast has gone downhill over the last few years.

Booked through Expedia Showed up to check in and were told our reservation would not honored They gave us a paper to to go to nearby hotel for a room We went to that one and they said they nothing for us The second place tried some of there partners But we’re not able to help So drove home at 1130pm Not very happy Expedia made good on the refund

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Nice convenient location and plenty of parking. I would stay again.

We stayed for two nights. In town for a 40th high school reunion. The hotel from the outside looked nice and was located near many restaurants and stores. The room looked nice until my husband started looking for an outlet for his CPAP. That is when he found spider webs, spiders, other bugs all around the base of the bed. As I was walking to the bathroom I felt something fall in my hair. After running my fingers through my hair I found nothing, but a few minutes later I felt something biting my shoulder under my dress. The spider that fell from the ceiling ended up in my dress. The next night my husband found another spider on the ceiling. It was black and had a very hard body. The bathroom had a few bugs in it too. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The selection was limited. At check out I told the person at the desk about the spiders and the lack of cleanliness of the room. She proceeded to tell me that she too had seen a spider as I described on her desk that morning and pill bug (roly-poly) in the hallway. Hopefully they will invest in some extermination.

Very bad smell in the elevators. Pool has been shutdown for two years. Air condition is very loud and very close to the bed. Found multiple kinds of insects. Bathroom shower head is very bad. Drain was clogged. Bathroom is very small you can't close the door without squeezing yourself. Breakfast is very poor. Receptionist was rude because we asked for shower drain to be opened. I should've taken pictures to upload them here.

When we checked in, no soaps, no shower gel insude the room.housekeeping has to be requested - we stated for 3 nights.

Mannn this place is rated wayyyy to high went and this place is outdated old rust on the desk lamp ants in the bedroom do not stay here I promise it’s worth it just to pay more to stay somewhere else

Location is convenient for the Detroit Metro area, but if you actually like to sleep at night go elsewhere. We reserved a King in one reservation and got a Accessible room. The A/C was incredibly loud and made it difficult to even watch TV. For the second reservation there, they couldn't even get the two King rooms ready by mid-afternoon. These rooms also had the deafening A/C. They invested in modern controllers but have ancient A/C units.

Horrible breakfast, not the cleanest, place is old and out dated. Pets allowed. yuck! Very surprised. Not used to that

This property is definitely unlike the pictures I’m not quite sure how it has a high review ranking. For the location i expected better but it was absolutely terrible the building is old needs much renovation permanent stains in carpet and couch i felt very uncomfortable there. The first room we check in the shower was so bad the shower liner was dirty with mold and smelled terrible when we asked to switch rooms there was no issue but the head of housekeeping i assume came to look at the room we were in i told her the room bath tub was dirty which it was too me or permanent staining I guess because she told me it wasn’t dirty. We did switch rooms but it was just not comfortable the place needs serious renovation it’s old and outdated and just doesn’t seem like the rooms get a real clean, build up on dust/dirt on the switches like really just terrible. We ended up checking out a day early because i truly couldn’t take it anymore, and I’ve stayed a plenty Hyatt hotels before but this was just terrible. Though the room itself was bad the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful

I stayed on them with a call to my credit union making sure that charge was dropped. It seems like every hotel has hidden charges. It’s always good to call the hotel before and ask specifically what I’m going to be charged for. But then when I went to the front desk, it was kind of straightened out? But I highly doubt if I will use this hotel again.
